Ice with Stages

"So Sunset, tomorrow, are you going to school or not?" Shimmering asked her sister.

"I'm not feeling good, I'll just stay here." Sunset said sleepy.

"Okay then, remember that it's talent show tonight so..." Shimmering remind her. 

"Talent show?!"

"Well ya, today is Wednesday remember." Shimmering put on her jacket.

"I'll be there, I just need to take care of something first." Sunset said getting out of bed.

"I'll be out here so you can get ready." Shimmering than left.

"Which dress should I wear today? The Gold or the silver one?" Sunset reached in her closet and said to herself. "This is getting me nowhere." She put the dresses down.

Sunset Shimmer looked out the window and then something smoky blocked the sun making it dark outside. "Huh?" she looked closer and a glow of dark purple flew inside of her body. Portals then surrounded her, making wind and whispers come from out of her head. "What is HAPPENING!!" She screamed out in fear.

Join us! The shadows told her. Come here and we will show you true power.

"No! Get out of my head!" Sunset yelled putting the white pillow over her ears.

You can't take us away unless you destroy your friends and family.

"My friends? Family? No!" Her hair became longer and her hands turned into claws. "Stop!!!" She yelled at the top of her lungs.

"Sunset! Are you okay in here!" Shimmering quickly opened the door. But when she entered, everything went back to normal except for Sunset. 

"No." Sunset covered her face with her claws.

"When was the last time you cut your hair?" Shimmering asked.

"It's time to go back to school." Sunset teleported but destroyed everything that was around her with lightning and a blizzard in her room.

"Sunset?" Shimmering Light looked around she wasn't there. "I just barely finish cleaning this place." She said to herself.

---15 minutes later----

Good morning students, I hope you had a wonderful Tuesday and today is the talent show so remember to practice just incase you need more time. Oh! Remember to vote because the Fall Formal is in one week so get your ballets in. The announcements finally was over.

"Ya... The fall formal." A random Chrystal Prep student said looking at Sunset in a serious face.

"Okay, our class gets to go to the talent show first." The teacher continued. "Is anyone participating in it? Raise your hand so I know who needs to go right now." A few students raised their hand than left the class. "Ready class?"

"Yeah!" The whole class cheered in excitement, all but Sunset Shimmer.

"Hey Shimmer, everything okay?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Huh? Ya, everything is just perfect." Sunset said sarcastically.

"You sure your fine? Cause you're putting your head down, making it seem you don't want to be bothered." Rainbow told her.

"Whatever gave you that idea?" Sunset grabbed her things and walked out of the class.

"Okay.... Unexpectedly." Rainbow said to herself.

---at the Talent Show-- few hours pasted--

"Now that all 200 students performed their performance, let's tell you who the winner is... The great winner, of the contest is... Banana Bliss!!" Cadence announced the winner.

"What? But I, messed up?!" Bliss said to her friends that were around her. She walked up on the stage, claimed her reward, than picked up the microphone. "Hi." She said nervously, "so, I'm glad I won, umm and most of you voted for me for this talent show." Everyone stayed quiet so they can listen.

"Can you please show everyone your great performance again? Do you mind?" Cadence told Bliss.

"What did I do that made it so great?" Banana Bliss told Cadence.

"Well, just look at this place, doesn't it look marvelous?" Cadence said looking around, the stage was filled with icicles and snowflakes falling.

"But I-I-I-" Cadence interrupted Bliss.

"You were great! Show us!" Cadence than the crowd cheered.

"Well, okay then." Banana Bliss got ready to do her performance again.
