Escaping

Okay Bliss, focus on your enemy, not her abilities. Slow your breathing, and don't get off guard. Banana Bliss thought in her head, took a deep breathe and positioned herself.

Elphina Lightning as well positioned herself and created her lightning sword with her power. Bliss transfer with her power into chrystal sword of magic.

"Get prepared for the battle!" The speakers went off, "let the battle begin in, 3, 2, 1, fight!!"

"I can't watch." Fluttershy looked away and covered her eyes.

"Come on Bliss, you don't want your 'friends' to get hurt, now do you?" Elphina said getting closer.

Don't get distracted already, she is like every other girl. Bliss thought in her head and stayed in the same place and said nothing.

"Your afraid, aren't you?" Elphina said to her, but even closer. Bliss got angry at this and drew out her sword first and swung it into Elphina, but she used her sword to bounce off the attack.

"Seriously? That all you got?" Elphina giggled.

"Bliss! She's just trying to get you mad and wear you out!" Shimmering yelled out to her.

Banana Bliss continued to swing her sword, but Elphina kept counter-attacking them. After a few hits, Bliss had her where she wanted with her sword near her neck. "It doesn't have to be this way Elphina, we can be friends again and don't have to fight!" Bliss yelled. "...please." 

"Friendship is useless, and your pathetic... It was a mistake meeting you." Elphina pushed her to the ground with her sword.

"Don't talk to her like that!!" Shimmering yelled and grew bright sparkling orange wings and a sharp horn. She melted the bars and handcuffs and flew to Elphina and drew out a sword of light.

"The power of  Life and Light..." Elphina looked into Shimmering's glowing blue necklace.

Shimmering created plants of thorns similar in the Everfree and flew around her like a shield. Flowers spread across the battle field to each corner. "Darkness isn't a power you can potent, it lives deep within you. You can't change dark matter until you show in your true power." Shimmer said out loud to Elphina.

But of course, Banana Bliss heard this and only made her power grow stronger. The bright flowers and stems she touched, suddenly died and grey thunder quickly started piling in. "No, not now." She told herself. As everyone in the Arena started staring, Bliss's heartbeat started rising. With no place to run or hide, it felt like a horrible nightmare that you wouldn't be waking up from.

"Banana Bliss?..." Came a question to Shimmering's mind, which dead silent surrounded the place.

"Banana Bliss, ruler of darkness, creation to Earth's destruction..." Elphina gotten closer, "your power will belongs to me!" Elphina held out her hand but Bliss held onto her power.

She grabbed her necklace and backed off, which lead her out of Elphina's power and grew galaxy dark wings. Bliss then saw an opening to the power bouncing-off force feild that surrounded the arena so no one would escape. This lead a chance to escape fear to Banana Bliss so she took it, with all her strength, she used her wings and rapidly flew to the opening right before it closed.

"After her guards!!" Elphina yelled at them.

"We can't, the feild is to powerful!" They replied back.

"Then disconnect it!" 

"We can ma'am."

"No worries anyways, I'll have my power and finish her up once I do, even to the things she loves." Elphina Lightning looked to Shimmering Light and all her other friends. "I'll be needing them..."

Banana Bliss continued to run away from the arena, ran away from everybody until she reach a lake where she decided to stay and rest. She felt tired from running, but didn't want to drink that water so she continue panting. Bliss stayed there for a minute catching up her breathe and said, "who am I?" She looked into the lake where she saw her reflection.

She saw her other side reflection, (darkness), and easily gotten angry, "this is all your fault!!" She grabbed the nearest rock and threw it at her reflection. 

"This isn't my fault." The reflection talked back to her.

"Great, now I'm going crazy." Bliss rolled her eyes and tried to ignore it.

"This isn't a dream, it's reality. You can't hide from your fears your whole life Banana Bliss..." The dark shadow continued, but she still ignored. The reflection sprung out of the water and sat next to the crying girl, "Trust yourself, you have to see things that are really in front of you."

"Your darkness! How am I supposed to find-" she got interrupted by her darkness.

"Here is a rock..." She put it in Bliss's Left hand. "Here is another rock..." She put another one on her Right hand. "Now, throw a rock when I'm in front of you." She went in front of Bliss.

"I can't throw the rock while your in front of me!" Bliss said.

"Exactly, your afraid when I'm in front of you, you have to see me in another perspective." Her shadow said.

"But-"

"Just throw it, I'm not gonna get mad."

Banana Bliss threw the rock while she was in front of her like she said, the rock went right through her like if she wasn't there. "It's like your not even here..." Bliss said.

"Perfect! Now, throw this rock, but this time, let out all your anger, your fear, and sadness." She said.

Bliss took a deep breathe and threw the other rock, this one went higher and further.

"See, once you deal with your fear, it will make things a lot more easier for you." She said.

"My whole life I have been running away from my fear... I forgot who I really am. I don't get how having darkness is a good thing." Bliss said.

"Just because having a darkness, doesn't mean that you aren't good. Like they say, 'stars can shine without darkness'" her shadow continued, "Even the goddess 'Shimmering Light' has a darkness, did you not know?"

"No, I didn't." Bliss continued, "but I'm still not powerful enough, I'm going to get defeated out there."

"Is that what you really worry?" Her shadow said as she nodded as a yes. "Here are some people you can search for knowledge... Take it, and prove to yourself that your more than a darkness." She handed her the map with pictures.

"That's funny that a darkness would say that." Bliss giggled, but she was alone again. "Shadow?!" She looked into her reflection and saw her, "okay, I got this." Bliss told herself and search for the others.
