As you opened the door you knew something was wrong, Baekhyun was never this quiet.
"Baek?" You called out, unsure of what you may find.
When you stepped inside, you decided to walk around the house to find him. He may be asleep, lately he always tired from the EXO comeback preparations.
As you enter the kitchen you felt something cover your eyes and breathing in your ear.
"Happy birthday jagi!" He said and uncovered your eyes. You quickly turned around and hugged him.
"Thank you Baek. I thought you had forgotten" You pouted.
"Of course not, c'mon I've got something to show you" He grabbed your hand and intertwined your fingers with his. He lead you into your shared bedroom and on the bed there was a box with lots of holes in it. You turned and looked into his eyes, confusion clear on your face.
"Open it" He said and you walked over to the bed and pulled off the lid.
Inside was the most adorable beagle puppy ever!
"You're it's daddy, because you're a beagle too." You joked.
"What are you gonna name it?" He asked, walking over to the bed.
"How about Sangchun?" You suggested.
"Lettuce?" He looked at you confused.
"It's a cute name though." You replied.
That was the moment that lead to many light hearted jokes, but it was worth it because Sangchun the beagle was the most well behaved dog you could have asked for. Sometimes you and Baekhyun joked you should have called it Cheonsa (angel).
