Hanging with Caroline and Ben is the best.

Ben with his adorable, chubby cheeks and sweet, innocent voice and Caroline with her sarcasm and contagious laughter is a perfect mix.

We all ended up going to the beach and swimming for a bit. Currently, little Benny was building a sand castle while Caroline and I were tanning near him.

"So, what do you like to do?" She asked.

"I like to hang with my brothers, I swim a bit, and surf a lot," I shrugged.

"You surf?" She asked.

"Yeah, you?"

"A little bit," She answered.

"Maybe we could surf sometime?"

"Yeah! What are you doing tonight?" Caroline asked.

"Nothing much. Just a movie date with Captain Smuffle," I replied.

"Captain Smuffle? Who the hell is Captain Smuffle?!"

"Oh, he's my kitten," I laughed.

"Anyways, you want to go night surfing? I heard its pretty fun. I've tried going, but my brother always snitches on me," Caroline said.

"Sure! Maybe you could spend the night?" I asked.

"Yeah, sounds fun!"

Beep, Beep.

I pulled out my phone after the billionth ring and saw I had a message from Liam.

Hey, where r u?

I'm at the beach with Caroline and Ben. U?

No reply. I just chucked my phone into the sand and stood up.

"Hey, wanna surf now?" I asked while I set my sunglasses on top of my head.

"Sure, but I'm not very good.."

"Who cares," I said. "Ben, were going in the water! Stay here. If you need Liam or Will, my phone is near my bag!" I yelled to him as Caroline and I made our way up the beach. We rented two boards since I didn't have any with us and started off to the water. I wiggled my toes as the waters washed around them and let out a breath of relief. The ocean always calms me.

While paddling out, I saw a few sea turtles and some fish. Only two times have I ever encountered a shark fin, but it wasn't too near me. I was a little nervous, but it didn't pay me any mind.

I searched for a big enough wave as I sat on my board.

"Hey, let's try and get this one," Caroline said as she pointed to a wave that was forming. I nodded and turned my board around. I paddled toward shore until I felt the wave come near. I grasped the sides of the board and then brought my legs underneath me and popped up.

"Yeah, Rory!" I heard Caroline cheer.

I did a big snap off of the top and glided down. When the wave started to die down, I dove off of the board and then came up.

"Nice run," Caroline said.

"Thanks, now its your turn," I said as I pointed towards a wave.

"Alright, BRB," She giggled. I watched her as she swiftly pulled her legs under her body and rode the wave out. I laughed when she tried to do a trick, but ended up falling off.
