My parents had been gone for a few hours. I didn't have much homework, so I decided to sit on the porch for a while. It was nice outside, since it was May and spring was in full session. I relished the breeze on my face.
"I love spring." I opened my eyes as a voice rang out. Across the street stood the man. The sight of him looking at me gave me chills. I'd seen him before, but not like this. I was speechless by his beauty.
"Do you?" He said as if expecting an answer.
"Yes." I said suddenly, not sure of what to do. He smiled and stepped onto the road, checking both sides before walking closer. I rose to my feet and stumbled forward until we were standing a few feet from each other. I studied his face, and flinched when I realized he was studying me, too. His eyes were a bit lower, though. I felt them rake across my hips and linger at my chest. For some reason, this made me feel uncomfortable. I crossed my arms and he looked back at my eyes.
"You live here?" He asked, pointing at the house. With a sideways smile, I nodded.
"I live there." He pointed behind him and I laughed.
"Yes, I know." I said with a playful eye roll.
"You're beautiful." He said suddenly. I felt my breath catch in my chest as he spoke. I was beautiful? He called me beautiful.
That's when it got even crazier. He stepped forward and brushed a finger against my face. My head snapped up so I was staring at him. He was so tall, so muscular, so gorgeous. He put his finger under my chin and leaned closer. I closed my eyes just as his lips met mine. It was magical.
He pushed against me and I grabbed a handful of his shirt to try and steady myself. I didn't have to, since he wrapped an arm around my back. As we pressed against each other, I could feel his bulge against me. It took away my breath. Then, just as quickly as it began, it was over, and he was walking away.
It wasn't until I closed the door behind me that I realized I had hone back inside. I touched a finger to my lips and smiled against it.
