All lunch I had to watch Sam get to sit with my sweet Lily. Oh crap she caught me staring, I really hope she doesn't think I am creepy or too old. Though I am 1000 years old so that may be true. God I sound like a teenager again. I better just go prepare for my afternoon lesson otherwise I won't be able to control myself.
Seeing Sam with my sweet Lily reminds me how much Sam has really grown into a powerful witch since we first met 50 years ago, but she can be such a pain with her telepathic ability. She is like a know it all little sister and I know from her smirk she already knows. I know Sam was first attached to Lily because Lily isn't quite human, but I know Sam hasn't reviled the truth about our world to Lily yet because she isn't sure if she needs to yet. Plus living with a human family since birth, will make it harder for Lily to understand. She says she just has a feeling about my sweet Lily and that is why she has been so insistent on staying close and going through the school system again.
Sam has been developing the ability to sense soul mates in the past decade, but it is still being developed so it is hard for her to identify specifics such as the two people so maybe that is the feeling she is having about Lily. I hadn't met my Lily before now because I had just decided to come live with Sam and met the girl Sam would not stop talking about.
