5. malfoy manor part 1

Draco and wendy both turned towards the source of the voice and found the captain of the gryffindor quidditch team that is Oliver wood.

Taking this chance, wendy pushed draco and ran towards him. Draco huffed. "Crabbe. Goyle. Let's go."he command. Don't forget that they are still there. They nodded their head and follow their master.

After they were gone, oliver turned towards wendy. He was much taller than her. He looked down at her and said, "Are you alright?". She nodded not facing him. "T-Thanks.." she mutter looking down at floor.

He nodded his head. "Um.. i can walk you towards the common room. I was going there so.." he said. "Sure." She replied. They headed towards the common room in silence. After reaching there, oliver asked her, "You don't talk much, do you?" "No..Its not like that. Its..um just.." she couldn't find the words what to say. Oliver chuckled. "Okay. Bye." He said petting her on the head and left.

She stood there her one hand on her head and with other holding that thick book. She blushed hard. well, wendy had a little crush on oliver. She sat down in front of the fireplace opening her book to read but couldn't as her mind was on something else.

Few days left for school to reopen. Wendy is now at home relaxing and enjoying her remaining days. She is right down reading a book when suddenly​ someone place a hand on her shoulder. She startled and turned to look at her mother smiling.

Miss scarlet was a beautiful woman with pale skin and short blonde hair. "What are you doing?" She said. "Nothing. Just reading." Wendy replied getting back to reading.

"Well. We are going at Malfoy manor for dinner." Miss scarlet said sitting next to wendy on bed. "Okay. enjoy yourself." Wendy said not looking up from the book.

"Narcissa invited us." Miss scarlet said.

"Okay, don't worry. You and father can go. I can take care of myself."

"We are going" Miss scarlet said emphasing every word

"Yeah. Sure, go."

"We are going wendy. ​​​we. i mean us."

Now this catches her attention. She immediately looked up from her book.

"What?" She exclaimed.

"Narcissa had invited us for dinner and we are going." Her mother​ said standing up from the bed and leaving. Did i mention before that Narcissa and Patricia scarlet are friends since their school days at Hogwarts?

"No. I am not going."

"Yes. You are going." And with that she left shutting the door leaving wendy in her flood of thoughts. Its been a couple of years since she had visited the malfoy manor. She don't like there spending time with draco who only tease her for his fun.

*Few hours later*

"Oh Patricia! Its nice to see you." Narcissa greeted hugging miss scarlet. Both the ladies are happy meeting each other but we couldn't say same for wendy and his father, Edwin scarlet. He was a good looking man with pale skin that match well with his black hair and blues eyes. Wendy was much like his not only in just appearance.

Lucius Malfoy is smirking at seeing Edwin scarlet. They used to be in same house that is Slytherin but are not friends. Lucius always used to pick up on Edwin. But he used to strike back at Lucius. After graduation, Edwin thought that he will now not be seeing Lucius again but little did he know that he will the husband of her wife' s friend.
