Screaming was heard as (your name) jolted awake. She thought it was one of the kids and immediately ran towards the sound of the screaming.
"WHO'S HURT!?!"
"I AM THAT'S WHO!"
"WHERE!?!"
"RIGHT THERE!"
(Your name) looked down to see a living organism on Ratchet's ped. She snorted a bit before laughing uncontrollably. Surprisingly, Optimus joined in except his was a bit of a chuckle than a laugh.
"STOP FRAGGING LAUGHING! ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY!"
"But Ratchet, it's just a youngling living organism called kittens. It's not going to hurt you."
"I DONT CARE IF ITS A BABY DINOBOT! GET THIS THING OFF ME!"
Optimus looked at (your name) who just gave him the smug look. Optimus knew what she was about to do and smirked.
"(Your name)? Will you do the honors?"
"Of course."
(Your name) walked up to Ratchet and immediately kissed his faceplates. His faceplate went to about 1000 degrees when that happened but looked back down to see the 'kitten' was gone.
"How did you..."
"You had to stay still long enough for the kitten to leave. So, see ya, Docbot."
Ratchet's spark heated fast when (your name) walked away.
"Old friend. I feel like, as humans say it, you have a winner."
"What?"
"You love her, she loves you. You two should talk to each other, figure this out."
"Docbot's in love?"
Optimus and Ratchet stiffen and looked at Optimus' shoulderplate to see Makayla. (A/n: AKA ME BABY!)
"Makayla! How did you get there?"
"I have my ways."
Optimus rolled his optics while smirking and looked at her.
"You are very sneaky. You know that?"
"It's what I was born to do. Now what's going on?"
Ratchet sighs while shaking his helm.
"I feel like I have grown to liking...(your name)."
Makayla just stared at Ratchet with realization before she smiled.
"I know."
"You do?"
"Yep. You should talk to her. You know, that way you two wouldn't have to keep inside any longer."
Ratchet nodded before a smile went across his face.
"And...um...Ratchet?"
"Yes?"
"Look down, old friend."
Ratchet looked down to see the kitten returned.
"Oh, come on!"
Optimus and Makayla laughed the whole time before they both walked away.
"I CANT BELIEVE YOU'RE JUST GONNA WALK AWAY!"
"IF THE KITTEN STARTS TO SCRATCH YA, WE'LL JUST SHOOT IT!"
"THAT WON'T HELP EITHER!"
—— Next Day ——
"Okay, one question. What happened last night?"
Ratchet and (your name) looked at each other with deep blue hues on their faceplates.
"Wait a minute. What's that smell?"
Ratchet blushed even more and Makayla came to realization.
"Oh. My. God. You guys......did.....IT!?!"
(Your name) ran off at that time. And all Makayla did.
"UNBELIEVABLE! WHY DIDNT I THINK THAT AT FIRST! YOU TWO INTERFACED LAST NIGHT!?! THATS WHAT ALL THE SCREAMING WAS ABOUT! OPTIMUS!?!"
Let's just say it was going to be a long day.
