I was thinking, if Akefia was possessed by Zorc from a young age, then what would've happened if he had been freed? Since in canon he kinda. . . Died immediately after Zorc left his body.
I was thinking that in the beginning he would probably be a bit scared and confused once he realizes all the things that people associate him with. Since he hasn't been in control of himself since he was rather young, that also supports my scared theory.
I feel bad for him in this post-canon AU, so I wanted to show some him comfort, even if he is kind of scared of her. Like he's afraid she'll scorn and ridicule him. Though she plans to help him through his troubles and give him a proper life.
