Chapter 5
Niall's POV

So how in the world am I suppose to hide Destiny from the others, Harry said he would help me but the others are a little stronger than me but Louis is the strongest out of all of us. They will smell her even if she was in a different room from them. I have to watch out for Louis, Zayn, and Liam. They were turned before me but they still can't control themselves, and soon I won't be able to either, NO Niall, don't think that. Harry is the only one who can control himself. I still promise that I will keep her safe. I will not let her get hurt by any of them. She's still sleeping on the couch, peacefully. She's so beautiful. Why didn't I date her when we were younger? I really wonder why her parents changed into monsters from hell. How could her parents do such horrible things to her, and she was dealing with depression and started hurting herself. That just makes me want to cry and hug her forever. Why didn't anyone be nice to her, she's the nicest girl I've ever met. If I was just there with her, none of that would've happened. She wouldn't have gone through something so horrible. This is my fault isn't it, I ignored her, and I left her in the dust. What the fuck was wrong with me?!
"GOD DAMMIT!" I yelled as I slammed my fist on the table and the plates fell on the floor and broke into pieces.
Destiny screamed and tripped on the blanket then fell to the ground. I walked over by her and helped her get up.
"You okay Destiny?"
"Yea I'm fine, but what was that loud noise?!" She asked sounded concerned.
"I...i um...I fell on the table and the plates broke" I hesitated and cracked a small smile.
"Are you okay?" She asked.
"I'm okay if you're okay, okay?" We both bursted into laughter.
"Did...You .Just take...that from... The Fault in Our Stars?" She's laughing so hard that tears are coming out of her eyes.
"Maybe, Maybe not" I winked at her and she blushed.
"So what were you and Harry talking about when I was sleeping?" Oh fuck did she hear us after I told her to fall asleep again?
"Erm... we just talked about...you" Nice save dumbass
"Why me?" She asked. We didn't actually talk about you, I lied, again.
"I just told him that I was really glad to see you again" She smiled and hugged me
"I love you Niall, as a friend, you know that right?" She asked
"Yes, I love you too, as a friend" I actually mean more that a friend.
"Well, I have to use the bathroom really quick, I'll be right back" I chuckled and she sat back down on the couch.
Destiny's POV

I sat on the couch and waited for Niall, he was taking like 5 minutes what the fuck is he doing. I should really check the time, 7:30 oh ok... 7 FUCKING 30, MY DAD IS GOING TO KILL ME! I grabbed my bag and my eyes began to water. Last time I came home late he made me sleep in the shed with nothing. I didn't even fall asleep; I just sat there in the freezing cold. Hopefully he won't make me do that again. I have to tell Niall I'm leaving but as soon as I got up someone opened the door.
"Who the fuck are you?" an unfamiliar voice asked.
"I...I'm Destiny, Niall's friend" My heart was beating fast, Where was Niall?!
The stranger was getting closer and closer and I had no weapon around me. Once the lamp light was shining on him I could see what he looked like. It was Louis, Louis Tomlinson. He was good looking, he also had beautiful blue and green eyes, but this wasn't the Louis in the movie, posters, concerts, photos, this Louis was different because out of nowhere his eyes turned red. No it couldn't be, he couldn't possibly be one of them.
"Louis are you okay?" I couldn't feel my body at all; I just stood there, frozen.
"Oh I'm better than okay, but there is one thing" he came closer and pushed me against the wall.
"And...What...Is that?" i couldn't even speak because he was crushing my body.
He started kissing my jaw and then went up to my ear.
"I'm hungry" he whispered in my ear. I felt something stab my neck and I tried screaming but I couldn't. Blood was falling on the carpet and I started feeling dizzy. What is going on? Why is he doing this? Where's Niall?! Am I going to die?!
"Nia..Niall!" I screamed as loud as I could but there is still no site of Niall anywhere. I tried screaming again but a hand covered my mouth.
"Scream again and I'll make this more painful" Louis said aggressively.
Tears were forming in my eyes because of the pain. My breathing was out of control and my heart was beating rapidly. The front door slammed open and an angry Niall came flying through it but before I could try and scream again everything went black. Is this what death is like? Black and silent? Or did I faint? Louis...he couldn't have been one, but he was. His eyes turned a dark red and he bit me. He had to be a...a vampire.
Niall's POV

I didn't really go to the bathroom. So ran to the lobby because I had to talk to Harry again about the whole situation but as soon as I got to the lobby floor something wasn't right. I left Destiny all alone in the room. What if they find her?! And they hurt her!?
"You okay mate?" Harry asked
"No something's wrong, I left Destiny alone in the room and" Harry cut me off
"Are you fucking stupid?! Louis is heading up to the room right now!" Oh no. No HE CAN'T BE.
I ran as fast as I could, I got in the elevator and it was going slow as hell. Once I reached the floor that we are on I heard my name being called. It was Destiny! I have to hurry. I reached our room and I took the key from my pocket but kept dropping it because I was shaking. What if she's dead?! No she couldn't be, she's strong. The door opened and I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
Louis was pushing Destiny against the wall and his fangs were in her neck. He turned around and dropped Destiny to the floor. "She's still alive" is all i could say in my head right now.
"You missed the show Nialler" he smirked. Something is wrong he wouldn't have done this.
Or is this really what happens when you can't control yourself ?!
