Today is my lucky day indeed as we won even after having some complications in the end .It's been a really tiring long day .Shit ! I forgot to ask for Sarah's number .Do i sound like a pervert?I've never met anyone with whom i felt like something clicked. She's got potential. Though the result isn't gonna publish today of the science project,I've a feeling that she's gonna win .Her is project is simply marvelous. I think i should just look for her and ask for it .Since when did i become such a chicken!

Sarah's pov
And he won! Is it weird of me to get excited about someone's winning whom i barely know ! I think i should just go and congratulate him .Will he take me for a desperate chick ? Nah ,don't think so ! My thoughts were interrupted when diana said ,"Dude,we have a project to submit! Let's go hurry or else we're gonna be late .
"Yeah, let's go !" i guess i need to wait for a bit more i said to myself .We went and submitted our projects together and my teacher told me to check if everyone gets into the bus safely .
I nodded and thought maybe next time.
"Dude ,i need a coffee! Do you want anything?" diana asked .
"Yeah .i want one too .Why don't you wait for me in the bus ? i will get the coffee and come ."
"You sure you'll be okay on your own ?" She asked .
"Yeah ,no go get into the bus ."

"A black coffee and an espresso with two cubes of suger ." i said when suddenly heard someone saying," One black coffee for me as well please " .I know that voice .It has to be Zayn ! I turned and saw him smilingly coming toward me .
"Hello ,again" He said .
"Hey! You were great out there .Congratulations!" i said .
"Thank you .I can't wait to congratulate you as well ." he smirked.
"Hahaha not entirely sure about that!" i laughed .
"By the way,i was looking for you actually but couldn't find you in the hall ." he said .
"What for ?" I asked raising my one eyebrow .
"To make sure i can congratulate you later when you win ." he said .
"And how do you intend to do that ?" i playfully asked .
"Umm let me think ,by a phone call or a message i guess. " he said.
"Is that flirting i notice?" i asked .
"I don't know. Maybe ." he said .
"Give me your phone " saying that we exchanged numbers and i came back to the bus .
"What took you so long !" diana asked .
"I was talking to someone ." i replied.
"Woah ,let me guess! That debate boy ?" she said .
"Maybe ." i replied.
"What maybe? Dude what are you hiding from me ? Spill the tea now!" She said .
"Is coffee okay ?" i asked .
"What ?" she asked .
"You told me to spill the tea but i only have coffee " saying that i started laughing .
She gave me a "seriously!" look and finally said,"Dude , i know your humor doesn't suck this much so don't even try! tell me about that boyyyyy" .Unfortunately she shouted so high that our teacher came and asked,"Is there something wrong ? " i assured him and gave her a deadly look .She said ,"Fine .I am letting this go for today ." After sometime we reached home .It's already afternoon .
"Mom!where are you?i am back !"
"Did you submit your project sarah?" Mom asked .
"Yeah !" i said dancing .
"Is there something you wanna say ? You seem really happy about something ." mom asked.
"We went to AUST today to attend a inter school debate competition and also submitted the project there.It was a fun day ." i replied.
"Okay .let's leave all these now . Go and freshen up and i am making your favorite dish for dinner .Come downstairs after you're finished" Said mom .
"Okay mom ." saying that i went upstairs .
After a few minutes i finished bathing and started to think whether to text him or not .And suddenly my phone beeped.
"Hey ,was wondering if you would show me the way to your canteen as well ;) " .
i know it's zayn! i hurriedly typed,"Of course ,if you grace me with your presence:)"
"Feeling like royalty;)" he replied.
"About coming , you sure ?" i asked .
"Is anyone desperate to see me ?;)" he teased.
"In your dreams!" i said .
"Hahaha .That's a surprise ." he replied.

Suddenly i heard my mom saying -" Sarah we are all waiting.come to the dining hall honey."

Yeah mom .I am coming.
"Hey ,mom's calling. I gotta go ." i said .
"Sweet dreams. " he said .
i went downstairs and mom_dad was already there .
"How was your day?" dad asked ..
"It was good Dad ."
"Okay .Try to sleep early today ,you had a tiring day." he said .
"Okay dad .By the way , where's zara and ayan ?" i asked .
"Zara is going to have a sleepover at her friend's house and ayan must be coming anytime soon ." Mom replied.
"Hey guys . The prince is back " said ayan, my 22 year's old elder brother dramatically .

"Here comes the adopted big brother ." i teasingly said .
" what ! Mom did you forget to tell her that she's the one adopted and you found her in the road .?!" He said mockingly.
"Of course ! Because in order to get adopted you needed to be chosen and who would choose you ! Have you seen you ! Good looks and you ? Sorry 404 error .!" i said .
"Ouch ! How can you be so rude !" He said crying sarcastically.
"Well I am feeling sleepy. Good night guys ."saying that i went to bed .

Next morning

Oh god!this damn alarm .it's already 8 am . I am late again .i got ready hurriedly and ran downstairs .
"Mom i gotta go now ! Bye .love you ."i said .
" What about breakfast?" Mom asked .
"I will grab something from the canteen ."i replied.
Is that the school bus leaving?Hey ! I am here .Don't leave without me .Atlast!i didn't miss the bus!

"Good morning,diana! "
"Morning girl ! But did you hear the news ?" Said diana exictedly .
"No , what happened ?"

"Remember yesterday's debate? Today something's gonna happen in our school. Participants from both schools will be here soon .And i guess your lowkey hero will be here too ." Diana said winking.
"What do you mean by that !He isn't my hero .i barely know him"i sais .
"Not a problem. you will get to know him when he wil be here." Diana said .
"Stop it dude!" i playfully cried .
