Chapter 3

Nash's POV

I was ready, stepping out her front door, my mouth dropped, she looked stunning. I still can't believe she agreed to go out with a total stranger, we'll not really a total stranger but you know what I mean.

She stepped in the car and said "hey where are we going tonight."

"It's a surprise" I said driving off into the night.

I had the perfect date in my head we were going to go have dinner at olive garden, then go to the beach and have a bonfire.

Beth's POV

He pulled up at the Olive Garden, my favorite. We entered and went to our table straight away.

We were given our menu, we ordered drinks and food. I was waiting in the silenced when Nash broke it.

"You look lovely tonight," I big time blushed.

"You too" I smiled causing him to blush.

"Um Beth do you actually like me or do you just feel sorry for me," he said ending his sentence in a whisper.

I thought for a bit, of course I like Nash he's nice and sweet. I've known him for only a bit but I have strong feelings for him already.

"It's fine if you fe-"

"Nash if I didn't like you why would I go crazy about you not texting me back, except this wonderful date. Nash you're an amazing guy and there is nothing I don't like about you," I said being as truthful as possible.

"Not even that I don't like lohanthony,"

"Boy you crossed the line," I said sassily.

A waitress bought the good and I was finished on no time. Then she brought the check.

I tried to grab it but Nash got to it first.

"No way I'm letting you pay it's $86 and if it was $1 I still wouldn't let you pay," he entered the money in the check.

"Fine but I need to pay you back,"

"You being here is enough,"

I stood up and took Nash's hand. I felt like an electrical current went around my body as we walked to his car.

"You need to put this on" he said handing me a blind fold.

"Okaaayyyyy"
The car was quiet until the engine stopped and he helped me out of the car.

"For our second part of our date I thought I wanted to do something casual, I hope you like it," he said taking the blind fold off for me to witness a nice bonfire on the beach. I love it! I looked at Nash and saw he was holding marshmallows, sticks, graham crackers, and dark chocolate.

I stared at him for a while from his lips to his eyes then back to his lips. It had been a couple of seconds but I looked in his eyes again (that were staring at my lips) and kissed Nash's lips.

At first he was taken a little aback by dropping the things on the floor, when he realized he kiss back and there was a Fourth of July party in my stomach. When he pulled away I said.

" wow that was-"

"Wow" he sat down and I sat down next to him, taking a marshmallow then put it on a stick.

As I finished my 5 s'mores and Nash finished his 9 we got in his car. And he started the engine.

"Nash thank you for the wonderful night,"

"Thank you for being the reason this night happened," he was focused on the road. He continued " would you like to get coffee in the morning,"

"I would love to what time?" I needed to be ready.

"About 8:00"

"Can't wait," we were at my house and he walked my to my door.

I unlocked the door and when I said bye, turning around to walk inside I felt warm lips on mine. He walked away and I saw the smirk right through him.

I watched him drive away then I went to bedroom flopping on my bed to a deep sleep.
