Crazy isn't just hearing voices or seeing things that aren't there. It can be your own thoughts; tearing you apart and breaking you down.

Those thoughts can harm you in ways you can't imagine.

Crazy isn't just screaming and yelling. It can be silent. Silent cries can often be the loudest, but no one can hear them; because it's all in your head.

Keeping things in, not sharing when you need help, is often the worse thing to do when you need help.

Crazy isn't looking mean or scary. It can be many different faces. Calm. Happy. Sad, even normal.

People always have some type of crazy inside them.

Crazy isn't just a word to say when someone does something out of the ordinary. It can be a harsh word to call someone who has mental issues.

Mental illness should not be overlooked.

Crazy is many things, mental illness is serious, and your own thoughts can hurt you.

Please get help if you think you need it.
