|Chapter 3| A long Journey

Stars pov: As I was beginning to awake I could hear the gentle breeze blowing the trees and the marvelous singing of the birds "morning Marco...oh yeah" I say as I stare at his lifeless body "I promise I'll bring you back even if it kills me" i say as I can feel a tears flowing down my face "butterfly" I heard buff frog say "yes" "karate kid will be fine he is strong" "I know that but whatever Tom did to him really devastated his soul I don't know who or what will come back" "what do you mean by that" "well awhile back Marco messed up his hand training for karate and well I wanted to help so I used a spell that turned his hand and arm into a monster arm" "woah that is bad but I highly doubt that it will come back I mean ya got rid of it didn't ya?" "Of course I did" "well then there is your answer" "yeah I guess your right" "great now that we have that out of the way we need to keep moving if we are going to make it to this oracle" "yeah one sec" I say as I use a spell to wrap Marco into a bubble to easily carry him "okay I'm good" I tell buff frog as we headed towards the badlands 2 hours later "so when do you think we will make it to Thais Oracle" I heard buff frog say "well the badlands normally takes around 2 days to reach since you have to go through multiple dimensions" I reply as we come across some familiar noise "what is that noise" "oh that's just kelly" "hey kelly" I say as she pops out from behind a rock "oh hey star what's up...OH MY GOD what happened to Marco" she said in a worried tone "it's a long story frankly we don't have time to tell it so since we have to get him to the Oracle" "oh I can help me and my pet are here he can give ya a lift and we can be there in no time" "okay then let's start are way there" I said as kelly whistled and her pet came running towards us "well hop on and we can fix whatever happened to Marco" she said as we were heading to the Oracle 2 hours had passed "so can you y'all me what happened to Marco?" Kelly asked "yes Marco was acting weird and I didn't know why so when I went to look for him he wasn't there so I asked if Tom had seen him and he said that he went to visit his moms well the next day I went to visit her and she said that he hasn't been there so I was walking to toms when all of a sudden I get a call from Marco and he is trapped at Toms,so as any friend would I went to Toms broke down his door and there he is Marco laying there lifeless and Tom standing over him so I froze him and now we are taking Marco to be saved by an Oracle" "wow he has been through a lot of stuff hast he" "yeah he has,how long do you think it will be before we reach where we are going?" "Not long because we are here" As I stepped off of our ride I saw a magnificent statue that resembled a monk (that's what they called them on earth) he was bald and wore a rope towering over us high and mighty I was amazed by the craftsmanship I didn't hear the Oracle appear "who wishes to see my counsel" " I do" I said with a nervous tone "what do you seek ms butterfly" "wait how do you know my name?" "We all know the great mewni lineage from your ancestors to your mom and dad moon and river" "how do you know all that" "well when you have been alive as long as us you would understand but you sadly will not" "you mean to say your immortal" "in a figure yes we are" "so can you help us" I said gesturing over to Marco "yes but I'll need a memory of him from you to complete the ritual" "okay go ahead" I said as the Oracle grabbed my best memory of Marco and passed it down into a bowl and a beam shot up into the sky and Marco fell coming to consciousness "Marco I yelled as ran to give him a hug" "get off of me" he yelled throwing me off "Marco it's me star" "Marco is not here anymore Marco is dead" the being said bringing me to tears "Bring Marco back" I yelled at him "oh sweet star you'll never get him back he is gone forever" "fine if he is gone you will be to" I say as I charge my wand and send a spell towards him and as the spell almost hits him he blocks it causing all of us to fly back "silly star you know now that Marco isn't here and I have control so you can't stop me and neither can mewni so I'm going to destroy mewni since no monster before me could and I'll start with your family" he said as he flew off on a dark magical cloud "well that didn't go as expected" buff frog said "yeah that sure didn't" "well what are you going to do know butterfly" "I'm going to hunt him down before he can destroy mewni" Meanwhile in mewni "river will you hush star is trying to call me" "sorry dear" he yelled from the kitchen "yes star did everything go okay is Marco fine" "ummm he is but then he is not" "what do you mean" "well the Oracle brought him back but then his monster side got a hold of his entire being and well now he is on his way to destroy mewni and everybody in it" "star if you would never have gave him that monster arm in the first place we would not be having this conversation" "I'll see what I can't do" TO BE CONTINUED...
