Chapter 3

Bella P.O.V

When I opened my eyes, I automatically examined my new environment around me. It was so dark but my strong eyes made me saw clearly. 

I'm in a big field, sitting under a tall hemlock tree. Where am I? I asked to myself,  

I was having a difficulty on thinking where the time I'm supposed to be in.  

"Stupid, dim human memories" I froze.  

"Wait, I know this place" I looked around again; of course I knew this place. This was the baseball clearing. This was the place where I made most of my human memories with the Cullens...Cullens... I sighed.  

The thought of them really hurt me more, than it should be. I didn't want to leave them; I didn't want to leave Edward but...  

This was the only way; I already made my decision...  

I know it was unfair to make a decision without them knowing it but I knew that they will disagree anyway. They did't know what it's like... to be killed by him. I saw how he killed my friend and I could tell you he was the worst monster you could ever imagined. 

My thoughts had been interrupted when I heard a fast running sound towards my directions 

Vampires... I thought. I hide behind the hemlock tree. 

"This is the perfect place for the newborns to attack." I heard Jasper said while the others, Alice, Emmett, Rosalie, Carlisle, and Esme followed him to the center of the field. 

"It will give us all the benefit we need in the fight" Jasper continued as the others listen. 

"Do you have any plans on where Bella can stay? You know she can't be at forks when we fight the newborns, what if someone slipped by us?" Esme asked 

"Don't worry Edward and I have plans and we are going to discuss it later." 

Carlisle came towards to jasper. "We leave all to you Jasper." Jasper nodded back. 

"The pack will come soon so I guess we just have to wait" Carlisle said facing the others.  

Now I know where I am, I'm in the time where the Cullens and the wolf pack team up against the newborns. Oh my...I leaned against the tree. What I'm going to do now? How can I talk to Bella- I mean myself if there were all here? Do I had to kidnap myself? No that won't work as far as I could remember I'm with Edward in this part of the past. Do I had to talk to Alice first? No I don't think that would work either, she will be freaking out if she saw me and she will start asking me question which I didn't want to answer. How could I talk to her? I had to think... 

5 minutes past before I heard another footsteps running straight to the field it took me half a second before I could see the new comers... they walked hand in hand as they come towards the others, I took a deep breathe. Even my eyes were closed I will easy identify who the new comers were. 

"You know what I think?" I heard my human self said. I look at her very carefully. Her skinned is ivory, her body is slender, and her hair is brown and also her eyes. I can hear her heart beats. All qualities of a living human very different from mine, I slowly breathe her scent. I almost smiled, Edward was right my scent was addictive.
