The heat was growing rapidly and I thought it would melt my hands. I touched the book nervously but now it seems fine. So I took the book in my arms. I examined it twice or thrice. No problem, it looks just fine. I moved the book closer to my chest with my hands wrapped around it.
"Is it fine?" asked Ashlin. Even though She hurts people physically, she does not hurt mentally.
At least that's what I am glad for.

"Yeah I am good" I replied uncomfortably.

" it's just for a while Zel. Don't worry" Cadence said. I nodded.

When we were all about to walk into the class I made out something, I CANT MOVE. I was more like a frozen ice statue. It sounded crazy to myself. Like I had never been stuck before. It didn't feel right, my body went numb , my heartbeat seems to slow down, every breath of mine taking my life.

"What is happening to me!!!" I yelled frustrated.

"Now what!" asked Ashlin turning.

"I can't move" " Very funny Zel, quit it. Just tell me if you can't carry the book" she ignored.

"I am not joking"

" Give me the book. I will hold it, it's just a matter of few seconds " said Cheryl trying to snatch the book .

She pulled with great force, but fell crashing to the ground. Amy pulled Cheryl up.

"  are you seriously joking me or what" Amy asked confused.

" Girls, help me!" I screamed.

" Seriously Cheryl, you ain't even strong" said Cadence as she walked towards me.

She pulled her sleeves up and buttoned up her blazer. She had a mighty feeling , more like a lion. Stronger than ever she tried to push me away from the book. She grew so angry that she started stamping me in order to take the book away.

"Just because I can't move, it doesn't mean I can't feel pain either" I cried.

In seconds she went flying to the wall.

"There goes the mighty Cad" mocked Cheryl.

I could tight my hands but I couldn't loosen them. I huddled the book tighter and closer to my chest yelling in pain. I felt the book almost thrust through my heart.

An atmosphere of invisible force formed around me . I felt the tears rolling down, and then I was pushed hard to the ground. I couldn't see it all clear, everything felt like an imaginary world. I saw the book beneath my feet and I gasped one last word

" book..."

and then I went unconscious.

I slightly opened my eyes and found myself lying in the nurse room. " great" I murmured. My back was paining and I cried with agony. I tried to get up finding a grip.

"Easy girl" said Katy helping me up.

"you, okay?" asked Cadence

"Oh yes, o course. Try getting yourself hurt and tell me how it feels" I yelled.

"Chill dude. Ashlin is trying to give the nurse an explanation" said cheryl.

"What explanation?"

"Well, the fact what we were doing outside the classroom when classes are going on" added Amy

"umm...we were coming back from the washroom" I suggested

"All of us together? I think you lost your sense too".

I turned my face away. I just gave them an idea, no big deal.Everything seemed quite now. Ashlin convinced the nurse and she joined us too.

"So what's next ?" she asked sitting down

we all sat in silence. Like what are we supposed to do now.

"Is the book safe?" asked Cheryl.

"Of course, it's with Katy" said Amy smiling.

"what now? I don't have the book. I thought you were supposed to keep it"

"Excuse me? I gave you that freaking book. Where in the world did you keep it?"

I smelled a chaos. Nobody has the book and it can get to wrong hands. Nice work people! All we have to do is get ready for another problem. Cadence was losing patience by now.

She yelled with a great force"Where is the book?"
