the room was dark.

the only current source of light was a digital clock, it was in the very corner of the room. the numbers shone a blue hue.

the boy sighed after his realisation that he had been working a lot longer than he had first intended. his roommate was bound to scold him now. he quickly shuffled around the now lit room, grabbing the items he had needed to collect, and throwing away the crumpled papers that were filled with words and drawings that didn't reach his standards. in fact, not many of the ' projects ' he did would stretch a smile across his teeth.

looking at the now clean room made the frown on his face turn into a small smile, before quickly turning back after looking at the clock again. realising he had yet again, took longer than he had expected.

he swiftly grabbed his backpack, adorned with cute badges that he had gained over the years and rushed towards the worn out door. he ran to his shared dorm and just as his hand fell onto the cold surface of the doorknob. the door opened, revealing his hyung's shocked face that quickly disappeared into a deep set frown. his attire seemed as if he was getting ready to drag him back.

" now, min yoongi. would you like to explain why you were out so late. again ? " seokjin said, tapping his foot impatiently on their wooden floor.
