You POV-

I walked home with a smile on my face. I opened the door to my housing unit and waltzed into my dorm room. (F/n) was making coffee while blasting her music. When she saw me, she turned the music down and walked around the counter and up to me.

"(Y/n), wipe that smile off your face." She sounded annoyed. I started to get an idea of what this was about. "Is this about Operation Chess-back?" She looked confused. "Operation Chess-back? The hell? Do I wanna know what that is?" I laughed. "It's my name for operation Chess and payback. You know. For not returning my stuff."

She shook her head. "So you decided to throw her school bag in the trash. You're a genius. You deserve a medal." Did I tell you that (F/n) is a master of sarcasm? I giggled. "I guess you could call it a TRASH BAG." She rolled her eyes. "Get it?" I asked. "You know, one day I'm going to eye roll myself into whole new dimension because of you. Keep that in mind."

I gave her a knowing look. "Well- okay. It was kind of funny. You happy now, (Y/n)?" I nodded. "I'm proud to say I am."

"So . . . what's up with you and Lacus? Hm?" (F/n) smirked. "I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IT IS THAT YOU SPEAK OF, MA'AM," I said. (F/N) shook her head with a smile. "Whatever you say, (Y/N). Whatever you say." She smirked and walked off. 

"Hey! (F/N)! What's that supposed to mean?" No reply. "(F/N)!!!!" 

*Meanwhile~~~~~~~~~~~*

"Lacus? What are you doing?"Rene asked me. "I'm texting (Y/N). No reply. She's probably not online." As if on cue, I got a message from (Y/n).

(Y/n) - Hey Lacus! Wanna go 2 Town Square with me??

Town Square was my favorite place on this whole entire city. It's always so fun and lively. Even better, the cherry blossoms were in season!

Lacus - OF COURSE!!!!

(Y/n) - AWESOME MA D00d!!!! Meet me in front of da school in 10?

Lacus - Sounds good. C ya!

I was hyped. I ran over to the closet and grabbed a white t-shirt and a plaid shirt to throw on top. I grabbed a pair of blue jeans and did my hair real quick.

"Lacus, where are you off to?" René asked. "Sorry, René. Looks like you're on your own. I'm headin to town square with (Y/n)." I had my hand on the doorknob, when René said, "Aw. How cute. Have fun, dingus." He actually smirked and walked to his room. I laughed. "Thanks asshole!" "No problem, asswipe." I smiled to myself and walked out the door.

I headed to the school while enjoying the light breeze.The only thing in my head was (Y/n)'s beautiful face.
