"Babe?" I yell, into Ash's silent house. "Babe where are you?" I walk into his room and see them.
"Brenna Marie Smith!" I scream. She jumps and looks at me.
"Olivia? What are you doing here?" She asks me.
"What are you doing here?" I counter at her.
"Uh.. Talking to my boyfriend?" She says, pointing back at Ash.
"Talking? Really? You were making out! And that's my boyfriend!"
She freezes. "Wait." She says, her voice hoarse. "That's Ash? I swear I didn't know! Oh my god I'm so sorry!"
I pat her shoulder. "You promise you didn't know?" I ask. She nods quickly. I forgive you.
And with that, I leave, tears still streaming down my face.
