There's a lot of these types of chapters going up throughout Wattpad. About Jonghyun, I personally don't know much about him or his fellow members.

I knew of him, since I got into kpop a few years ago, I remember I was so focused on other groups (mostly Got7) that I never got into them. But I would see a lot of pictures of their group especially Jonghyun.

I personally don't write many author notes, but I feel like it's wrong for me to continue this book without paying my respects to him.

Whether you're interested in him or not. Or even if you're not interested in Korean music, as people we should stick together and work extra hard to make everyone feel welcome.

We should show appreciation and love towards others especially those we respect and idolize.

And Jonghyun, I respect you.

Whether I knew you or not, just seeing news and reading articles about you, I respect you.

The battle he went through, the battle everyone goes through, in our pursuit of happiness.

But, suicide and depression is not a laughing matter, there are unnatural ways to die and I personally believe that to take away your own life is the most unnatural.

Because you can be a wonderful and kind person to everyone else but you need to also love yourself too. If you feel upset or sad in any way shape of form the best medicine is to talk to people about it.

Reconcile and stay positive as difficult and tacky as that sounds.

I love you, whether you like me or know me. I won't bother editing this chapter, because life isn't always edited and sweet but please don't harm yourselves.

People are beautiful, in all shapes and sizes, with different mindsets and nobody should be harmed in the way.

I respect the other Shinee members, and I respect the Shawols.

Please stay strong for you and others!

And remember try to talk with people, and remember to protect those you love, including yourself.
