Before leaving for New York

Nick and Sam are packed and ready to go to New York.
Nick: I don't know why we need to go New York for Christmas.
Sam: because your mother hasn't seen you in months.
Nick: why can't she come here.
Sam: because she needs to be in New York for her business and if I remember correctly you wanted to go back to New York what changed.
Grace knocks on the door
Nick: I like it here and it's not like mom wanted me around I never even saw her after the divorce and moving here. I'll go answer the door.
Nick answers the door and Sees Grace.
Nick stands there smiling.
Nick: Grace what are you doing here?
Grace: do you not want me here.
Nick: of course I do come in we're leaving in half an hour.
Sam: I'll give you some space to say bye.
Grace: I brought you a Christmas present.
Nick: we already exchanged presents and said we were going to face time each other when we open the presents.
Grace: this is a present for now because I'm going to miss you.
Nick opens the present.
Nick: Mistletoe? (Stands there smiling)
Grace: are you going to kiss me or just
Nick cuts her off with a passionate kiss.
Grace kisses back with just as much as passion.
Nick: starts to walk back and gently pushes Grace onto the couch.
Nicks licks her bottom lip and feels their tongues dancing together.
Sam walks in on them.
Sam: sorry to interrupt your good bye.
Nick and Grace pull away.
Grace: well now I said good bye have a save drive. I'm gonna miss you.
Grace kisses Nick.
Nick: I don't know what I'm going to do with out you I'm going to miss you too.
Grace: I beat get going so you can set off:
Nick and Grace are stood at the door in Sam's view
Nick: I wish I didn't have to go.
Grace: don't you love your mom?
Nick: I do but not as much as you.
Grace: how do you love me more than the woman who gave you life.
Nick: it would take ages to explain but the biggest reason I don't want New York to change me again and lose you.
Grace: what?
Nick: I'm scared of hanging out with my old friends and becoming that jerk.
Grace: I liked you when you were a jerk.
Nick: and you accused of pretending to like you to hurt someone else. I'm in love you Grace Russel and I never want to lose you again.
Grace: I feel the same.
Nick kisses Grace grace one last time
Nick: I need to go now. Bye
Grace: bye Nick, bye Sam
