"What am I gonna do!?" I yelled out loud.
"Hurry the he- Amani, What happen?" August said walking in the bathroom.
"I fell coming up the steps and I think I lost the baby." I said being honest because I was bleeding.
"Lets get you to the doctor now." I got myself situated by putting on a pad because I dont wanna bleed on August seats in his car, this nigga will have a fit. I came out to see him on the phone so I listened in.
"Yes babygirl......Alright ma.....Sure thing....Nic, Ill come-"
"NICOLEE! I NEED YOU!" I screamed from the top of the steps.
"She said shut up, she outside." I wondered how she got here so fast.
"She was already with me. Lyne had gymnastics." I shook my head and came down the steps even though I was in so much pain. I made it to the car to see Nicole who was smiling.
"Its gonna be okay. I promise." She said to me and it made me smile.

We had been at the doctors for about two hours but we where informed she lost the baby. Aug was laying on my shoulder and I just held him and didnt say a word because I knew he was hurt and that would of been his first nephew since he got all nieces. We where sitting there in silence till August phone started vibrating, I looked to see if he was gonna answer when he didnt, I did.
MamaA: Son, I need you to go to the-
Me: Its Nicole mama.
MamaA: Oh, Hey. You guys back together now?
Me: Its kinda complicated to explain at this moment.
MamaA: Well where is he? Let me talk to him.
Me: We're at the doctors. Amani fell going up the stairs and started bleeding, She even lost the baby.
MamaA: Why didnt yall call me?
August took the phone from me and hung it up.
"August that was ma."
"Look, I dont even wanna talk to her. Ight ma." I held onto him even more. I guess everything that happened is getting to him. Maybe he will change.
