Chapter 25: Sorry Is Not Enough

Honey

I walked around the house holding my stomach, I was ready to give birth any day now.

"Chris!" I yelled wondering if he was anywhere in the house...No response.

"This nigga must be trippin'." I said as the door opened and closed. I knew it was Chris.

"Hey baby." He kissed me and my stomach. I turned my noise up at him.

"Why do you smell like cheap perfume?" I asked.

"I went to see my mom." I raised an eyebrow. Mom doesn't even wear cheap perfum and if she does it atleast smells good.

"Oh. Alright." I walked in the room and threw on my shoes.

"Where you going?"

"The Alsina residence." I hugged him and slipped his phone out his pocket and put it in my purse without him noticing.

"Alright. Be home by 8." I shook my head and walked out. Nicole's probably at home throwing up considering how she told me about the sex the other night.

"You aint my daddy." I grabbed my keys and walked out.

I pulled up to Nicole's house and walked inside. August and Nicole where laughed about something.

"Hey yall!" I yelled as I walked in. Nicole got up and hugged me. "Hey beautiful!" She said laughing.

"Nic, Can we talk?" She looked over at August and he got up and walked out. We sat on the couch and I pulled out Chris's phone.

"What's up?" I asked honey.

"Chris cheating on me." I took the phone out her hand unlocking it.

"How you know?" I asked searching his phone.

"He smelled of cheap perfume. He claimed he went to see yall mom." I turned up my noise.

"No. I just finished talking to mom." I said. "She would of mention him being there."

"You right.. Find anything."

"Yeah, He definitely cheating...but Im not getting involved." I handed her his phone and hugged her again.

"Now excuse me, cutting into August and I alone time." She laughed and walkes towards the door.

"Thanks, Ill call you later." She said.

"Alright, Dont kill my Twin!"

"I wont!" Honey said leaving.

"Bae!" I yelled to August. He walked into the living room with his phone to his ear.

"You still want pizza?" He asked.

"Yup. Me want pizza!" He laughed and started ordering pizza. I grabbed my phone and turned it on. It had been off all day since this is the first time this month we where able to get rid of all the kids.

"What you looking at ma?" August wrapped his arms around me and laid his head in my lap.

"Just checking my phone. Turn yours off after we get the pizza." He shook his head and unpaused the movie.

"Whats up with Honey?" I sat my phone down and paused the movie.

"Twin cheating on her." He sucked his teeth.

"Not a surprise." I raised my eyebrow and looked down at him.

"What you mean?"

"I didnt say nothing cause he my bro but he was flirting with one of the dancers." I laughed.
