Chapter 28

Sorry for not updating in a while but bring the clumsy person I am I dropped my phone into a toilet. So now I'm using my sisters phone :) I hope I can get 2 more chapters done tonight!

CARTER'S P.O.V

Of course Matts winning UNO just like everything else.

"UNO!!" Matt yells as he makes us all groan.

As he stands Amber up I'm wondering what's going on.

"Amber Mess.."

I CANT!! I feel tears coming.I try to hold them back, why!? Why. I can't believe my eyes. I messed up big time. Horrible. Before I can stand another minute tears start pouring out but I leave before anyone can see. I go back to my room and go to sleep hoping this was all a dream.

MATT'S P.O.V

"UNO!!" I yell as I realize I have only one card left.

As everyone groans I know it's time, I can feel it. I take Ambers hand and stand up.

"Amber Messina will you be my girlfriend?" I ask nervously staring into her eyes.

"Yes!!" She says pulling me into a hug and kissing me as I see Carter crying and leave.

AMBER'S P.O.V

The next morning.

As I wake up I feel a naked person as I turn to see Matt naked except underwear and I'm wearing a tank top and underwear. I get up put pants on and go to see if Carter is up because I know I hurt him last night.

"Hello?" Carter answers the door sleepy.

"Hey Carter are you ok? I didn't mean to make you mad or anything" I said twiddling with my fingers.

"No Amber I'm fine. I messed up and now Matt has you." he said as I looked into his sad and drained eyes.

"Carter you aren't fine. I know you" I said feeling horrible.

"Don't worry about me, I was the one that dumped you." he said as I realized he wanted this conversation to end.

"Fine. But I'm just sorry, for everything and I mean it" I said before turning around and walking away to my room.

When I walk back in I get in bed again and fall asleep. When I wake up it's about 10:45.

"Hey babe, god I love calling you that." Matt says pulling me close to his and making out with me.

"Morning" I say after the session is over.

"Want to get breakfast with everyone?" He asks while hugging me in the blanket.

"Sure" I say rolling on top of him as Cam wakes up.

"EWWW! Coodies!" He says watching us kiss.

"Oh shut it" I say giggling as I get off of him and grab my phone.

Group text:

Me: "Hey y'all wanna go get breakfast?" I ask in a group convo.

Nash: "Yasss"

Jack j: "Yes, please"

Shawn: "Oh. Yeah"

Jacob: "Sounds good"

Matt: "You know it 😉"

Cam: "YESSSS"

Hayes: "Where?"

Jack G: "IHOP!!"

Me: "Ok, sound good?"

Mahogany: "Definitely"

Nash: "Coolio"

Shawn: "Awesome"

Me: "Ok deal, meet in the lobby at 11:15"

Jack J: "Ok peace"

As everyone left the convo I realized Carter wasn't in the group text.

"Let's get ready now" Matt said after watching like 2 episodes.

"Yeah we should" I say looking at the time.

As I get up and walk into my room I grab my Magcon hoodie, leggings, flip flops, and my makeup bag heading back to Matts room.

"I'm backkkk" I say walking in.

"Hey" Matt says putting on deodorant as I get dressed.

"You gotta brush or something?" I say playing with my hair.

"Yeah on the bathroom counter" Matt says putting on a shirt.

"Oh ok" I say walking toward the bathroom. As I open the door I see that Cam is naked.

"Oops" I say laughing as I shut the door.

"Thanks" he says laughing as he walks out.

As I brush my hair and apply makeup Matt comes in and tells me it's time to go.

"Baby you don't need makeup your already beautiful" he said giving me a hug from behind.

"Awe thanks but let's be real I look like the walking dead without it" I say laughing.

"Woah woah" he says as we leave the hotel room laughing.

"Oh my Jesus you two. Your so lovey dovey." Cam says as we step in the elevator.

"Yeah we know" Matt says holding my hand.

As the elevator stops we walk out and I see everyone. Even Carter. So I guess he did read our texts.

"Omg I'm so hungry" I say walking up to everybody.

"Then let's gooooo!" Nash tells as we pile outside into the cars.

As we get to the restaurant we sit down and order. I get up to go to the bathroom. When I turn the corner I see Carter standing there.

"Oh god you scared me" I say holding my heart.

"Yeah" he says laughing as I feel my heart light up to the sound of his voice.

"Uhm" I say pretty much asking what he wants.

"Oh yeah, I know I messed up and I'm sorry but Amber I love you and always have I know it hurt you more than once but that's the past and I want to spend every year, month, week, day, hour, minute, and second with you".

As I start tearing up I can't hold back the feeling and turn around and leave the restaurant crying.
