Annie's POV:

It was 11am when we landed but that meant it was 3am in Los Angeles. Mr. Jimmy wouldn't let us go to sleep yet. He threw us a soccer ball Hayden had packed and we kicked that around the hotel room. I decided to do a day of school while Hayden edited a video. Before we knew it, it was time to go to bed. As soon as I layed down, I was out.

*BANG**BANG**BANG*

I bolted up from my bed. Hayden had his eyes open while Mr. Jimmy was frantically looking for something. I grab my phone and check the time. 2am. Who would be banging on our door at 2am. Right as Mr. Jimmy stopped frantically looking for whatever he was looking for the banging stopped. We sat quiet but alert.

*BANG BANG*

I sighed. My phone buzzed. I looked down to a text message. It was from Mr.Jimmy and he had sent it to Hayden and I. Annie, do not say or do anything. Stay quiet. Get out of bed and sit in that big cabinet. Just trust me. Hayden and looked up from our phones with questionable looks on our faces. Just do it. Mouthed Mr. Jimmy. Mr. Jimmy grabbed my suitcase, dumped everything that was in it into Hayden's suitcase and threw the bag under the bed. "He better be buying me a new one since its going to be disgusting" I thought. I grabbed my charger too. Hayden threw me a water bottle and a bag of goldfish. I hope I wasn't going to be in here long. I climbed in the cabinet and Hayden quietly closed the door on me. The good thing was there was an outlet in the cabinet. I plugged my charger into the wall and then plugged my phone into the charger. I heard the door open. I sat quietly and listened. "Mr. Summerall," said a man, "I must ask you and your son to bring yourselves along with those to bags downstairs with me." What two bags? Were they my bags? Was Hayden going to get hurt? So many questions were flying through my head. I heard the door slam. I was so tempted to get out but I knew that they put me in here for a reason and that I must stay in here. I was in the middle of my pool game with Jayden when I heard the door open. "Search the bags" I heard a man say. There was a lot of corruption. "Nothing sir" said a woman. "One check the bathroom the other check the cabinets." Oh no. Oh no. This isn't good. I'm going to jail and will never see my family, friends, or...or Hayden ever again. My heart sunk. I heard a person getting closer. Right as I saw the cabinet start to open it shut. I was confused. "What are you guys doing" yelled the same voice that had asked Hayden and Mr. Jimmy to go downstairs. "Um...nothing" said the woman. They all ran out of the room. "Come back here" yelled the man. The door shut and Hayden opened the cabinet. I jumped out and hugged him so tight. "Don't ever leave me again" I said, almost turning to tears. "Why did you leave in the first place" I asked. "They needed to check our video footage of last night to make sure we didn't record anything they don't allow to be recorded" said Mr. Jimmy. "Wait then why was I put in the cabinet?" "To pull a prank on you" said Hayden. I punched his shoulder. "Last question. Who were those people then?" "Mr. Hoff's kids who we got to help with the prank" said Mr. Jimmy. "We even got your reaction on camera" said Hayden pulling out the GoPro from the cabinet. "Wow you guys are so kind" I said.
