The Unenthusiastic Drive

I was dragged along with your step brother Brad Majors and his girlfriend Janet Weiss to a wedding which involved no one I knew. I was sitting on the left of Brad meaning I was by the wall of the church while Janet was on his right. Since I didn't know the two who were being married I didn't care what I wore but not wanting to be rude I wore a two piece black dress that had white dots varying in size with a leather jacket sheer black nylons and fishnet type socks(sorry if you don't like the outfit). When I walked in with Brad at your side everyone was giving me a judging look, I had received this look many times for the way I dress. When they saw Brad by my side they gave him a sympathetic look.

Throughout the ceremony I was starting to become extremely bored. I finally heard the five word that I have been yearning to hear, 'you may kiss the bride'. This meant the boring ceremony was over and I could go home. Everyone then started to rush out the church while I was walking in the back. As everyone was taking picture I stood to the side unenthusiastic. I then spotted Brad and Janet through the dissipating crowd. They then started to walk down the steps and met up with me. I then noticed the bouquet in Janet's hands.

Brad: "Come on (Y/N) lighten up a little this is supposed to be a celebration".

(Y/N): "A celebration that I don't want to be at".

Once i said that out of my peripheral vision I could see Janet scowl.Brad then sighed then look up at Janet.Once he looked at her,her scowl disappeared.They then started to talk about how they couldn't believe that their friends were now married.

I knew something was up when Brad started to stutter. I then started to pay attention to their conversation, well their singing conversation. Brad then got down on one knee and proposed to Janet.Janet then started to run everywhere showing off her ring while both Janet and Brad continued to sing about how much they love each other.

As they finally stopped I breathed a sigh of relief.

(Y/N): "Now that that's over can you take me home."

Brad: "Not yet my dear sister we need to go and tell Dr.Scott".

(Y/N): "Why?"

They then both gave me a look that told me that I should have known that they were already planning on giving him a visit.

Brad and Janet then started to walk towards the car. Seeing that I wasn't moving Brad walked backwards toward me,grabbed my arm and continued walking towards his car.

~time skip~

We've been in the car for awhile driving down what seemed like an endless road. I then noticed that a few more motorcycles started to come down the road. Janet then proceeded to what seemed to be complaining about the amount of motorcycles that have passed by the car.

Brad: "Yeah,life's pretty cheap to those type".

I then elbowed him while saying "What's that supposed to mean" referring to my motorcycle that I had at home.
