Today, I woke up and got ready to go to the hospital. Lately I've been feeling tipsy. I'd wake up and have to vomit. My head feels like its literally spinning. Not like a headache, much much worst. For the past two months, I'd wake up and run to the bathroom and vomit.
For the past week, instead of vomiting the remaining contents, I barfed up blood. I thought it was normal, so I didn't bother telling anyone.
OFCOURSE Cody questioned me but I thought I was fine so I told him just that. Yesterday night while we were eating I fainted.
Cody says I woke up 20 minutes later. When I got up. I Ran to the bathroom and barfed up a lot more blood than lately. Cody found out because he ran to the bathroom with me. He told that vomiting blood isn't normal. He also set a doctors appointment for today which we're going now. "Ready Ann",Cody asked.
I nodded and made my way to his car. I'm not in the right state to exactly drive. Once we got there, Cody made me take a seat while he signed me in. After about 20 minutes, I had the urge to puke.
I'm guessing Cody sensed it because he pulled out a plastic bag and handed it to him. Before I could give him the "WTF" look, I opened the bag and barfed the red goo substance also known as blood.
I was handed a napkin to wipe my mouth. Without looking up I grabbed it and cleaned my mouth. When I looked up, there was a lady about in her mid 30s looking down at me smiling.
I returned the smile with A confused look. She took me in her arms and gave me a tight squeeze. She then whispered in my ear so that I could only hear, "you'll get through this, your stronger than you think", and with that she looked at me and left.
When I looked around everyone had sympathy written all over there eyes. In 10 minutes more i was called in.
I got up and Cody followed. I threw my bloody plastic bag in those liquid disposable bins. Once we made it to the room, I sat on the stiff beds. "Okay what brings you guys here today",Doctor Hanes asked.
"Well, she's been having massive migraines, feeling tipsy, fainting and throwing up a lot of blood", Cody spoke for me.
The doctor nodded, "How long has the vomiting started",he asked. "I've been barfing my food for 2 months and the blood started about 3 weeks ago", I spoke calmly. He wrote it on his clipboard and pulled out a needle. "We're going to have to do some testes"doc. Said. He took my blood, temperature, and weight.
"Your results should be done in an hour, in the meanwhile I want you to go out and eat something, then be back in this room with her, he said pointing to Cody. He nodded and lead outside to the car.
"Where shall we go",he asked. "Five Guys" I replied. They sell Awesome Food.
We drove all the way there. When we got there I ordered the chicken burger and French fries with a side of BBQ sauce. Cody and I made conversation with the workers. Here everyone knew us and were very nice.
They were like our family Mather O Fact they are family. When we got done we payed even if they tried talking us out of it.
You know not everyone is rich. We still had about roughly 20 minutes to be back at the hospital, so we decided to get ice cream and then drive back.
We went to the hospital room assigned to us and sat there waiting for Doctor Hanes to come back. He came in the room with a face I couldn't decipher. "Ms. Hemming"..............................................................................................
