"We're doing the secret Santa in the evening, right?"

It was their last afternoon of their holiday, meaning that they were flying back to England the next morning. Simon was sitting cross-legged on the floor in front of the fireplace, mug in hand, as he turned right a bit so he could see his standing boyfriend, since he was talking to him.

"Yeah." Josh nodded, lowering himself onto the ground next to him, checking his watch. "The guys are coming over in less than thirty minutes, actually."

"Nice. Better check my gift then." The blonde hummed, leaving a small kiss on Josh's left cheek, as he got up.

"Don't leave me. I just sat down." Josh gave him an adorable pout as he was looking up at him.

"I have to. I gotta  make sure that it didn't break or something." Simon chuckled, ruffling the sitting boy's hair, that he didn't approve of.

"N-uh." He whined slapping his hand away playfully, getting on his feet too.

It was the first year when they did secret Santa instead  buying something for everyone. This was way more easy, than doing that and it was also  cheaper and meant a lot less problems with thinking about what to buy.

When it was time for giving out the presents, they all gathered in the living-room of the bigger cabin.

Christmas music was silently playing in the background, occasionly interrupted by the  faint cracking sound of  burning twigs and logs  in the fireplace. They were passing boxes of cookies around as they were sitting in a circle, some on the floor some on the seats. The only thing that was missing was the christmas-tree, but they decided not to buy one for such a short period of time of their staying.

JJ started the whole thing by saying a few words about the person who he'd drawn. "So this person that I've drawn is actually a Sidemen."

A couple of face palms, an 'Oh my days', and two 'You don't says' or something along those lines, were said within the second  the dark skinned boy made that statement.

"Ok. Calm down." He shushed them, rolling his eyes. "So, were was I? Oh yeah. So this person is very generous and caring. I love him to be honest. He's always there when you need him.. If I had to date one of you lot, it would definitely be him an-"

Simon shot him death-glare, which made him hesitate for a moment, as he furrowed his eyebrows.

"Uh-oh..  Anyway, so if you know that I'm talking to you then come here!" He was looking directly at Josh, so if it wasn't clear that he was the one who he was talking about, then it was as celar as day now.

"Oh man, this was emotional." Josh chuckled, pretending to shed a tear as he got up to hug JJ,  taking his present.

"Yeah, man." He giggled, pulling him into a big bear-hug, smirking at Simon at the same time as he mouthed a 'Jealous, bitch?', after he percieved his odd behaviour a few minutes earlier.

Simon ignored it with a poker face, and changed his sitting position from hugging his knees into a cross-legged one, just like he did before that day.

Thanking JJ, Josh carefully placed his poorly wrapped present on the table and picked up the neat one in green wrapping-paper, with a red ribbon on top, that he was supposed to give to somebody.

"This one goes for the kindest guy I know. I've known this person since highschool. I'm more than glad that we're still best friends, and that he's stuck around for so long, never leaving my side. Always supporting me no matter what. I hope you'll love your gift." He smiled widely, Tobi already  in his arms.
