It's been eight years since I saw him and he haven't changed since then. He is still handsome and very talented. I wonder if he now have a girlfriend.
"Ma" I look down and I saw the most beautiful little girl I have ever seen.
"Yes, princess?" I asked as I hold her in my arms
"Who is he?"
"He is ....." I stopped in the middle of talking when someone shouted.
"Ma!!!!" And then I realized the that shouted was Henry, my first born.
"Yes?" I asked calmly
"I want this" as he raise the iron man figure
I bent slowly to meet his eye and said
"Okay. I'll get that on your birthday"
"Okay" He said. I noticed that he is slightly disappointed
"Baby please understand" I told him as I kiss his forehead
"I do Mama" he replied as he hugged me.
We didn't stay long in the mall since I have a duty in the hospital.
As soon as we got home they went straight to their room and play by themselves as I get ready for work. I have work today from 5:00 pm to 6:00 am tomorrow. Since we are staying at my parents I do not have to worry who will look after them.
By the way, I am Sofia Lee, 28 years old and I am a medical doctor. I got pregnant after graduating college which was eight years ago when I was 20 years old. I took one year off before returning to school. I am now a general surgery resident here in Seoul, South Korea. My family came to Seoul after they found out that I was pregnant and they have been very supportive ever since.
I arrive at the hospital 30 minutes before my duty so I still have some time to buy coffee.
"One iced americano please" I told the lady
As I was waiting for my coffee two high school girls entered the cafe with cameras hanging arkund their neck.
" Do you know what room he is?" Asked the girl with glasses
"No. I am still working on it" said the girl with bangs. She searched the room as if she is looking for someone until her eyes laid on me then she looked at my white coat. She ran towards me and asked
"Your a doctor right?"
Shocked I replied "Yes"
"Do you know what room number Suho oppa is in?" Suho as in Suho of EXO?
"I'm sorry but I do not know any patient named Suho" I replied politely
She turned her back at me stomping her feet.
"One americano for Dr. Lee" I quickly grabbed my drink and went straight to the hospital .
Upon entering I went straight to the nurse station and look at the charts to see if there is anyone named Suho or Kim Jun Myeon. Since I didn't find anyone who is named Suho nor Kim Jun Myeon, I decided to ask the chief nurse
"Do we have patient named Kim Jun Myeon?" I asked her
She walked closer to me and said "We do, he is a VVIP so his chart is not here and you are one of his physicians."
And I knew with this incident my quiet life with my twins will never be the same again.
I have lived a very peaceful and wonderful life for the last 8 years and now it seems like everything that I have worked for is going down the drain.
