College was going really well for both me an Sebastian. We had decided to both attend ASU together. Sebastian would be in the same year as me because I decided to take a year off after high school. We also chose to be roommates and live on campus. Both of us were dying for a little freedom from our parents. We were getting to that age where we wanted a little more us time. Despite loving our parents very much, having them around all the time definitely got annoying.

Believe me, the most embarrassing thing is to have your parents walk in on you as you make out with your boyfriend.

Anyways, college was going fairly well for the both of us. I was majoring in Ancient History with a minor in Modern Languages. Sebastian was majoring in Math with a minor in Modern Languages as well.

Most of our friends from high school went to ASU as well since it was the closest University to Mesa. So finding friends was not an issue at all for us. We did meet a few new people in our classes, but for the most part we hung out with our high school friends.

ASU is a really big campus. The campus spans a huge portion of Phoenix. So we often would go and watch games at the football stadium or basketball stadium. Occasionally we would go to events set up through out the year. Every year we went to the Phoenix Comic Con. That was always really fun. Seeing all the people dressing up in different costumes and getting to meet famous people. We even got to meet the white power ranger once which we both agreed was amazing. We even took a picture together with him.

We also met these really cool dudes named Jeremiah and Jordan. We met them while waiting in line to see the white power ranger. We spent most of the day hanging out with the two of them and going to exhibits and panels. We even went to a panel for the cast of the anime RWBY. They both were really nice. Jeremiah also had two of his younger brothers with him. One of them geeked out over comics with Sebastian as I spoke with Jeremiah and Jordan mostly. I even figured out that Jeremiah was gay during one of the comments he mentioned about a guy in an anime. Later we went to a panel about the anime Dragonball Z. We were all big fans of the anime series so we decided to stay there for awhile. It was really hilarious because at one point everyone started yelling out vodka as a joke. We all even yelled it as the panel was ending and we walked out the door.

Hanging out with them was really fun. Comic Con was already fun with just Sebastian and me. But having them with us too made the whole experience even better for the both of us. We ended up staying with them until we all had to leave because it was getting late. We said our goodbyes and exchanged contact info with each other.

By the time we got back to the dorm, it was around 8 pm. So Sebastian and I decided to go get some food at a nearby Italian restaurant. The food took awhile to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. I ordered some Fettuccine Alfredo while Sebastian ordered something with Calamari in it. Both of our dishes tasted amazing. We even shared some of our dishes with each other. By the end of it all we were stuffed. Even so we decided to order some ice cream from a nearby ice cream parlor. I got a fudge sundae and Sebastian got the same. We ate them on the way back to our dorm.

By the time we arrived at our dorm, we had both finished our sundaes and were extremely tired. The food was starting to hit the both of us and make us tired. We ended up just cuddling up on the couch under a blanket as we watched a James Bond Movie on Netflix. At some point we both fell asleep on the couch. Later, in the middle of the night, Sebastian woke me up and dragged me to bed before getting into his bed on the top bunk.

The next day we had to go to class and didn't see each other for most of the day. We only shared one class together. But we were apart of the gaming club at ASU. The club consisted mostly of students who just gathered to play games together. The games ranged from very old titles to fairly new ones. Me and Sebastian almost always played Halo games when we went there. As of last year, we had both become extremely obsessed with the game franchise. By the end of our first college year we had successfully completed half of the games available in the franchise.

The rest of our college years went fairly well. We did have our occasional issues with school, family, and life in general. But through it all we had each other. But even we got into our rare arguments.

During breaks and summers we would go back and visit our family's. By third year, we had moved back home having had enough of the college life. Instead, we commuted to campus. It was only a thirty five minute drive. So it wasn't all that bad. Most of our friends had done the same anyways. It seems the glamour of college could only last so long. By 2019, we both had graduated and were dressed in our gowns. We walked together in the basketball stadium where we received our degrees.

We even celebrated afterwards with our families at a nearby Village Inn. It was the only restaurant open that late at night, so there weren't many options to choose from. Nonetheless, we all enjoyed our time together and spent most of the night laughing. Both Sebastian and I's parents were there. During our college years our families had really started to become close. Sebastian's parents were home more often now and my parents were the happiest I had seen them in a long time. It even seemed like Sebastian's parents came over to my parents' house as much as he did. It was almost like we were one big family. We couldn't have hoped for better.
