* loud speaker *

'Sir, I've tracked Shawn.'

'Alright, move. And bring him alive.'

'The others, Sir?'

'Bring them too. And, do please ask first if they want to come. That would solve a few problems. Then, give them a nice room, a suite perhaps.'

'Understood, Sir. We're on our way.'

'Don't hurt anybody.'

'Not my intention, Sir.'

* declined *

I shifted my seat, looking at the monitor desk, every hidden camera in that area is on the big screen.

'Heard that, Edmund? We're gonna take him here.'

'You'll never find him.'

'He literally just made a phone call. Like I'm not even joking.'

'That stupid kid.'

'Too bad, why would you keep him from me? I've been searching for years. It's not like I'd kill him. He's my brother. My twin, even. Well, I would if he's being an imbecile or somewhat.'

'That was his father's last wish. To get you two apart.'

I chuckled. Sarcasticly smiling at him.

'You know it's kinda weird hearing you say his father instead. HE'S MY FATHER TOO! AND I'M HIS PROUD SON! HE DIDN'T SAID THAT TO ME YOU LYING PRICK!'

I got closer to him, grabbing him with my left hanf, by the neck.

'ALL HE WANTED WAS A PEACEFUL LIFE WITH MY MOM AND MY BROTHER! AND YOU, BEING AN ENVIOUS BROTHER TO HIM, DECIDED TO KIDNAP HIS FAVOURITE SON!'

My hand was tightening around his neck.

'AND NOT ENOUGH, YOU KILLED MY MOTHER! WAS THAT NECESSARY, EDMUND? YOU TELL ME, WAS IT? SHE WAS INNOCENT! SHE JUST WANTS HER BOY! AND YOU!'

I pushed him against the wall.

'LET HER..'

I held him with both hands.

'DIE IN TEARS!'

Didn't want him to die suffocated, I let my grip loose. He coughs. Blood's drooling out of his mouth. I realised what I did. I can't kill him. Even though I said I will.

'I.... I'm sorry for that. I shouldn't have done that. I knew I wa... wasn't his favourite child. And there's no problem in that.'

Paused.

'I just want my father to be happy. And proud of me. But yeah, I guess it's not in my philosophy to be jealous of that.'

Calmed down. I sighed. I know he might not remember me, but I guess there's no choice.
