It's pretty exciting going on a plane, it's different. It's scary when you start off, but once you get going, traveling by plane feels a lot like traveling by car.
"Passengers, this is your pilot. Passengers, this is your pilot. According to federal laws, we are required to inform you that we will be passing over the Bermuda Triangle shortly. Once again we will be passing over the Bermuda Triangle shortly."
'I didn't know this plane was taking us through the Bermuda triangle,' I thought. I start sweating and panicking. I've heard stories about the Bermuda triangle, how people who went through it were never heard from again. What if that happen-
"AHHHHHHHH!" Everybody starts panicking, people try to grab their lifesavers and hold on for dear life. Me on the other hand, I was too shocked to move. I don't know what I saw but it looked like we had passed through a green forcefield. One second ago it was all bright and sunny, and now I looked out the window to see only dark mist It was like one of those spooky movie scenes, where it's foggy everywhere, that's when I saw it. An island that looked like it was in the shape of a sword.
"Passengers, this is your co-pilot speaking, we understand that the turbulence that you are experienc-"
"AHHHHHHHH!" I flew up and against the ceiling of the plane as we plummeted to our deaths, and I had passed out. I wake up and I find myself in a rainforest, but it looked weird. The rainforest itself looked normal but I could feel it in my bones that something was off. 'Ouch.' I looked at my arm and I screamed. It was almost as if someone had thrown acid on my arm. I looked at the rest of my body it all looked the same. It was all red and blistering as if I was being burned. 'The mist must be acid mist,' I thought. It felt like I was being eaten alive. I looked at the other survivors, they all started noticing it too, but it was unusual, Nancy was being eaten faster than Andrew. "Maybe the mist is more concentrated where Nancy is," I said to myself, but then it got weird. "AHHHHHH!" Nancy was about 200 feet away from Andrew, but for some reason, he was screaming in pain. It was like the mist just jumped, and I realized I could be next. I ran, I just ran where I felt I had to go to be safe. I could see the trees whir past me as I did everything to get away from The Mist.
It's been six days since I saw Nancy and Andrew get eaten by The Mist. I ran so hard that I think I finally escaped it. I found a place, Mist free, there was a freshwater lake here, enclosed by trees. The lake gave me everything I needed: water and food in the form of fish. These trees eventually became my home. The only problem was, I wasn't the only person who's ever found this place. I met Adrian around here 3 days ago. He was a tall, muscly guy. He looked like a fighter. Like a killer. When he saw me, I saw a glint in his eyes. A killer glint that I should've taken as a warning. I walk towards him and say "Hey, I didn't know there was anyone else here. I thought it was just me here you know, the rest of the survivors from the plane crash all got eaten by The Mist. I haven't seen anyone in 3 days it's kinda borin-" I saw the knife thrown at me, and it took everything in me to duck as fast as I could, but I got slashed in the arm. I could feel the blood start to rush out of me. As quick as his knife went, he kicked my knees out from under me causing me to fall to my knees and he started choking me. I could see the knife that he had just thrown by my feet and I tried to grab it, but I started to black out. It took everything for me to grab the knife and stab his leg. He tumbled behind me and released me at the same time, and I ran. While I was running, I saw another guy. He was scrawny as if he hadn't eaten in months. I could see a stab wound in his stomach with blood gushing out of it. "Whoa! What happened?"
I helped him sit up against the trees, and took off my sweater and covered his wound and put pressure on it. "Adrian, he wanted my chicken, and I told him he could just have it, but here that never is good enough. We never have enough here, not enough food, not enough water, and not enough space. The Mist limits our options. He said, that if I stayed alive that I would take away his food, and his water, and his space, so I had to die. He stabbed me and ran." He winced as he tried to push himself up. "Y-you should go too, if he sees you here, he'll kill you too."
