Maison's POV
I don't know whether I should tell Queen Tatal about me meeting Adrian and Emlyn. I know that she will tell me to stay away from them but there is something intriguing about them: like they understand me. The only other person who knows about my powers is the Queen but she isn't a telepath so she cant help me understand my skills. But don't ask me why I think that I have a connection with Adrian 'cause I have no idea.
This is what I think about as I lie in bed. I finally decide not to tell the queen. What is that the humans say- what she doesn't know about wont harm her.
"Maison," I hear a soft voice say. It's Celain.
"Yah sweetie," I say sitting up.
"C-can I sleep with you tonight? I had a nightmare." she sais and I can tell it really scared her.
"Do you wanna talk about it?" I say and she shakes her head, "Come on up." I throw the covers back and she crawls in. I wrap my arm around her protectively; soon enough we both drift off to sleep.

Adrian's POV
"Ilana what the hell was that for? She is just an inocent cat!" I said I anestly don't understand WHY she doesn't like Maison. She's realy cool and cute and id love to get to know her better. and right now all Ilana is thinking about how she isn't going to let me leave the castle anymore.
"Adrian, that was Maison Eloquis. The famose assain from the light! She is anything but inocent! That she devil probably wanted to get you alone so that she could kill you and help her kingdome win the war!!" Ilana (she is a zombie gard) said.
"What?" I said. Maison can't be an assasin. She looked so trustworthy. I should have suspected it when she heard my thoughts. How does she do that she's a cat! She's soposed to be imun to magic and not have any. When I find her I'm going to make her give me ansures.
