My eyes blink open and I look out the window, all I saw was people walking and palm trees. I rub my eyes and stand with Anna, rolling my suitcase down the bus and getting off at the bus stop.
"its so warmmm, I love it" Anna says removing her bubble coat
"coming from Arkansas , this definitely is a big change" I say removing my coat as well
"welp, time to go find a job"
we laugh and start walking down the crowded sidewalk, we pass dozens of stores and so far none of them are hiring. But after walking a few more blocks we see a large black sign with white font saying "LOOKING FOR NEW MODELS, 20+"
"oh my god, we should model!" Anna said in a excited voice
"yeah that's sounds fun!"
we both walked into the large white building named "Wilhelmina Models" , we went through the large glass doors and walked across the marble floor to the front desk
"hello ladies, how may I help you today?"
"we seen that you were looking for models, I was wondering where we could apply ?"
"oh the application is online sweetie"
"okay thank you"
Anna and I walked back out the building and sat on a near by bench
"after signing up for this thing we need to look at some apartments" Anna said typing her info on the application
"yeah, and this modeling place pays a lot! $350 per photo shoot? " I said also signing up for my application
"right! people take as much as like 6 photoshoots a day! "

we reached the end of the application and it asked for a photo of us
I used a picture of me I had taken when I went to my step sisters birthday in Miami
