I'm walking with Taehyung here at the park. The silence surrounds us as the sun sets.
"Look Jennie... I need to tell you something. " Taehyung said.
I have to admit that I fell for him. He's been courting me for three months now and he has been with me to make me happy and help me move on from all the pain I had been feeling.
"What is it Taehyung? Something wrong?" I asked him worriedly.
"I want to stop courting you. " he said straight to the point. I stopped dead on my track, shocked from what I heard.
"What... what do you mean? I mean... why Taehyung?" I asked, my voice shaking.
"I love someone else and I just realized that these past few days.... I'm really sorry Jennie. " he apologized.
"It's okay V. I only see you as a brother so it's fine okay? Don't feel guilty. " I smiled.
It's a lie.
All a lie.
"Thank you Jennie." he said and smiled.
"Who's the lucky girl?" I asked.
"Yerin from GFriend." he answered.
He told me he has to leave and so he left me. Alone. Again. I smiled bitterly as I watched his figure disappear from my sight as it got further away from me. So far away that I won't be able to reach him anymore.
Then tears started rolling down my cheeks as I collapsed on the fields with my hands covering my face as I cry.
I felt someone hug me. It's so familiar that I cried harder. I looked up and saw the familiar face of.... Lisa.
"I'm so sorry Lisa. If I hadn't been blinded by everything you would still be here to comfort us. You would still be here to fix every mess we make." I cried.
"Stay strong unnie... I love you all... please tell Jungkook that I love him the most okay? Bye unnie. I will keep watching you to keep you safe." she smiled warmly, wiping away my tears and disappeared.
"I'm so sorry Lalis. I love you. " I whispered to myself and everything went black.
