Forget Me Not, Book I: When They Were Young
Orphan, Calvin Wynne wants to be free, to live without chains. Debutante-in-waiting,Teddi Donovan wants to be heard and love without social constraint. They might need each other, but that doesn't matter in small town, small-minded Brookhurst, NY. And it certainly doesn't matter to Teddi's overbearing grandmother, Elizabeth, who thinks her mission is to protect Teddi from ridicule and social embarrassment. Not only is an alliance with a poor orphan beneath her perfect grandchild, Calvin Wynne's family is linked to the Donovan's most shameful scandal, and Elizabeth will do anything to make sure that her Teddi is not ruined by it.
**Note on P.O.V in this story. The novel is structured so that it presents two leads and two points of view - Teddi Donovan and Calvin Wynne. One section will look at the world through Teddi's eyes while another will look at it through Calvin's.
