Chapter 7

When the Thunderdrum saw me, he growled while Hiccup was blaming himself

"we're stuck on an island with a dragon who blocked all my friends and our dragons in amber, they will die because of me and the top of that...the only dragon who can help me, it's the only ne who is deaf as a..."

"Hiccup ? calm down, first of all...thanks for forgetting me for the friend list and instead of yelling for nothing, you got the only free dragon in this island who can't listen this dragon's song."

" you're right...and sorry for forgetting you!"

"so what's the plan ?"

"we need to free our friends and take down the death Song !"

"it's almost impossible to break the amber who blocked them, or...did you have Snotlout's Monstruous Nightmare gel ?"

"yes, why ?"

"if we light the gel, we can heat the amber and maybe broke it."

"but how ?"

"your shield, it's in Gronkle iron, if you rubbed it on the ground...you create some..."

"sparks ?"

Hiccup understood my plan, he gave me Snotlout's gel and wished me good luck for the mission.

When I was back on the block area, I put the gel on all the block of our team, ending by Spitfire 

"what are you doing ?"

"I tried a thing !"

"where is Hiccup ?"

The Thunderdrum roared surprised me, I get some cover and Hiccup ended the first plan of the plan by lighting the gel, all the blocks were broken unlike one Spit's block 

"what ? no !"

"we must try my plan now...stay back !"

jI obeyed and Spitfire spat red and explosives fireballs , in a few time, a huge explosion where around her and I heard a roar, Spitfire appered from the smoke and pursued the Death Song with Hiccup.

When she was back, the death Song was neutralized, she hellped us to free the Thunderdrum hatchling and he found his dad back, Hiccup asked them to leave but they were deaf. After those emotionaly farewell, we took off, Toothless with me and Spit by my sides, I felt always weird to not have her with me but she looks happy

"Amaury...you knew she can spat explosives fireballs ?"

"oui, it's her thing...I don't know how it worked with ships."

"we will see that later, we need to find an island for our outpost !"

"I agree, cut Fishlegs, we are too far from Berk."

"ok but which one ? we got plenty of them ?"

"we will do it island by island !"

"ok, I feel it will be difficult !"

and of course, it was difficult, pursued by beast, deadly flowers for dragons and a lot of thing I didn't want to talk about it. It's only at the end of the afternoon we found the perfect island, easily defendable and no possibility ennemies in it

"I got a feeling, as Thor said "when something looks too perfect, its probably...sucks". "

"because you know him personnaly, I'm not so sure ?"

Tuffnut, as usual,was never listened by the gang, we landed on the island during his speech. but when night fall, while we werre all sleeping, we heard Tuffnut's scream, as if a dragon was on this island.
