We're about halfway through dance practice and then all of a sudden Sophie stops dancing and sits on the floor.
Ahjah: get cho ass up girl!!
Sophie: ((has her head down, and Is shaking her head no))
Me: what's wrong with you Sophie?
Sophie: it hurts
Ahjah: what hurts? ((walks closer to her))
Sophie: IT.
Me: it?
Sophie: yes it, it's soreeeeee.
Me and Ahjah shared a look and mouthed "it?"
Ahjah: Sophie what is it?
She then pointed to her crotch. Me and Ahjah both felt dumb for not knowing what she meant by it.
Ahjah: uhm, what exactly is wrong with uhm... It?
Sophie: ((shakes her head)) nothing, it'll be fine. ((stands up))
Me: you sure?
Sophie: yes now come on, ((plays the music)) 5 6 7 8
We started dancing again,, and when the time for Sophie to do her back handsprings and then land in a split, she did the back handsprings, but when she did the split she yelled out in pain. Me and Ahjah ran over to her.
Ahjah: tell us what's wrong with you Sophie.
Sophie: you promise not to get mad, or tell anyone?
Me&Ahjah: we promise.
Sophie: I had sex.
Ahjah: YOU DID WHAT?!
Sophie: it hurts really bad.
Me: Sophie how old are you? 12?!
Sophie: I'm 14.
Ahjah: 14 is too damn young to be having sex!!
Sophie: I know
Me: who did you have sex with?
Sophie: Jayden
Ahjah: my little baby Jayden? The one that dances here?
Sophie: ((shakes her head yea))
Ahjah: oh lord, both of my babies are unpure. Oh lord.
Me: how long have you and Jayden been together?
Sophie: since we were 7.
Me: damn. I'm surprised y'all didn't do it earlier.
Ahjah: ((looks at me)) no, not the right thing to say! They are only 14! ((to Sophie)) but I'm proud that you didn't just automatically sleep with him as soon as you two hot together.
Sophie: y'all aren't going to tell right?
Me and Ahjah looked at each other.
Me: no were not, but we need to take you to get checked, since we're not telling anyone.
Sophie: we gotta go to the doctors?
Ahjah: do you want to keep that pain?
Sophie: ((grabs her stuff)) lets go.
We get in my car and drive to the doctors. I filled out Sophie's papers as her Godmom.
After a few they took Sophie back and me and Ahjah stayed back in the waiting room.
