Their responses were more than i expected. Harry got upset about the fact that Draco was talking to Snape, Ginny was freaking out that he wanted my wand(even though she was only pretending), and Ron was flipping out at the fact that i had been in the same room as Malfoy.
"That bloody git! He better stay away from my girlfriend," he muttered angrily as he sat down. That earned him a hard glare from me.
"Yeah definitely, as you were getting those looks from Pansy," i growled, feeling hurt about the whole Pansy thing all over again. He looked at me, confused, but i ignored him. My eyes wandered over to the clock, and immediately jumped at the time.
"Guys i have to go for the club!" i lightly yelled. Everyone stared at me as i left running from the room. Have i ever wanted to see Draco Malfoy more tan ever right now? No. I hated Malfoy in the past. Now, we are... friends?
I rushed into the library, running right into him.
"Granger," he growled. Panting, i tried to talk.
"I- im here," i panted. My hands went down on my knees and i put my head down as i tried to slow my breathing. When i looked up, Malfoy was staring right at me. We looked into each others eyes.
"Here for our tutor lesson are you? Did you...forget?" he said, with a smirk. I looked him in the eyes, as snorted.
"Sure," i told him sarcastically, as i sat down at our usual table. I thought today was going to be like every other tutor lesson, but boy how wrong was i.
He turned to me halfway through, just to look at me. Obviously i noticed, and turned to him.
"What do you want," i asked, annoyance tinting in my voice. He smirked, as i knew he loved annoying me. He just looked at me, with this look in his eyes that meant he was onto something. I sighed, turning back to my paper.
"I need your help," he finally said. My eyes darted up to his face, there was no smirk, or any trace of teasing. Straightening my back, i looked at him suspiciously.
"With what," i asked. He pressed his lips into a thing line. My heart started to beat faster.
"There are a bunch of old broken wands in the Room of Requirement, and as my apology to Dumbledore for almost killing him, the painting had ordered me to fix them. And..." He trailed off, looking at the almost covered book with black ink of Paint.
"And your the only person i know would like to actually help me, since your already tutoring me," he said shrugging. He still stared at the book, wishing it wasn't covered in ink. I remembered when that happened, it was one of our first tutors. I remember how i felt when i saw the ink drip down the front cover, covering the beautiful girl with red and green dress, and the handsome blonde. Looking up at Malfoy, i realized something.
"Have you ever realized how much you looked like Blaine?" i asked him. Blaine was the main character. Draco's eyes shot up at me, and sighed for a moment.
"When i first saw the cover, i thought was me dancing with some random girl with brown bushy hair," he told me, glancing back down at the book. Nodding, i leaned back over my work.
"So... will you help me?" he asked, a few minutes later. I had no idea, that would take a lot of work, i thought.
"Sure," i let the word slip out of my mouth. Disgust. I basically said i would spend the rest of the year working on rusty broken wands for something he did.
"But first, tell me what and when," i stated, putting my quill down. Sighing, he put his down too.
"Everyday after dinner until curfew, unless you want to stay up past-"
