//Draco's POV
Never have i ever thought i would miss that thing of a sister. She was always the one who brightened up the room whenever she walked in. The way her laugh was so contagious, and always made everyone laugh. I never thought my sister would the source of my happiness when Hermione wasn't. I didn't know how to explain it, but the Safe Haven seemed dull. Without her little sisters long silver hair flying in everyone's hair, annoying us to pieces while she laughs her head off, i felt a piece missing. I must admit, i was worried sick. At some points, i would just sit on my bed, head in hands, worrying about her. I worried about her when i woke up, and when i went to bed. Hermione tried to help me, but we would just get into arguments about how she didn't understand. I felt like there was something she wanted to tell me, because whenever i told her that she wouldn't understand because she had no siblings, she would open her mouth, but then decide not to say anything. Then she would walk away, super upset. I wanted to know, but i was worried more about Rose. Every waking moment i hoped she was safe. Never would i have imagined that the only other ray of sunshine in my life would leave too.
"Draco," Hermione whispered in my ear one night. I open my eyes groggily.
"What time is it?" i asked, yawning.
"Shh..." she shushed me, looking over at Shlongbottom, and then at Potter's room which was right across from mine, "its 2:30". I looked at her bewildered, and glanced at the clock, widening my eyes. She stood up, illuminating her beauty. Her long blue shirt hung just above her knees, in which the shirt i realized was mine. I glanced up at her face, in which was free of makeup, which i was glade. Her hair was tied up in tight bun, with her loose thick hair hanging out in front of her face, marking her beauty in her face. I smiled as she held a hand out for me. What i thought she was going to do was drag me off to another bed, or the couch, but she just dragged me downstairs to where she had another one of those bags that never end or something on the table. All around it was clothing, bras, underwear, food, and other things like her diary(in which my fingers ached to grasp) and wand. I looked up at her in the eyes, and she sighed.
"What are doing Mione?" i asked, my heart quickening. She looked down to the floor.
"I-I'm escaping..."she muttered. At first, i didn't think i heard her right.
"Your leaving?" i whispered, walking towards her. She nodded.
"Why?"
"I'm going insane. I know how to leave... and i have some unfinished business to get to. Its the only way to stop this war that is unraveling under our fingers. I-i have friends out there, family. They came to me in a dream, like Harry did with Voldemort. I have to help them, and no one else can come. No one must know where i am going, but love...your all that i got," Hermione whispered, cupping her hands around my face. I looked deep into his chocolate brown eyes, and i felt her break inside. She smashed her lips against mine, and only for a second i got to hold her for the last time in a long time before she pulled away. She sighed, closing her eyes. Hermione walked over to the table and shoved everything in her little bag. She waved her wand, a pair of clothing came onto her, and i watched as my shirt was lifted and throw into the floor. She picked it up carefully, and placed it into her bag. She lifted one thing out, and handed it to me.
"Hermione...your sweatshirt? Your favorite sweatshirt?" i whispered, being hit hard in the chest. She loved this sweatshirt, not letting anyone touch it or wear it ever. She always had it on, and here she was, giving it to me.
