~chapter one~

Taylor POV

Eventually we got to school. I got out that car so fast! Don't get me wrong I love my brother, but sometimes he just Erks my nerves. I hate being the youngest. Even though he's only a year older then me, he treats me like I'm 5.😒. Anyway. I rushed to my locker and looked for EJ. He's usually late to school. But he's said he's was gonna try to be early. I stood at he's locker for a good 5 minutes. I saw my other close friend Emily by her locker. So I walked up to her.

Me:hey Emily have you seen EJ?

Emily: yea I couple minutes ago. He's showing the new kid around.

Me:oh ok. If you see him again. Tell him I was looking for him.

Emily: no problem.

We said bye and I went to my hometown class.

I sat down in the back of the class. Looking lost. Some people said hey. And I waved. I'm pretty well known here. But I think I'm just like everyone else. I'm on the girls basketball team. I'm the captain. But I guess because. Ray my brother is the star player for there team. He's the popular one. He dances,draws, plays basketball. And I guess I'm just he's little sister who knows how to dribble.

I finally saw EJ
Oh and EJ is my best friend. We've been friends since....1st grade. He's practically my brother.

Me:EJ! Where u been. Got me waiting for you and stuff.

EJ:my bad Tay. I had to show Chres around. *turns he's head around* uhh he was just behind me..

Me:who is Chres?

EJ: he's new. He's dope asf! But he's really quite.

Then a tall boy walked in. He had Curley brown hair with a little bit of blonde in it. He was really buff. He had light brown eyes and big lips. He was cute.

EJ: oh there you are. Chres this is my best friend Taylor. Taylor this is Chresanto.

Me:nice to meet you.

He smiled a little but didn't say anything. Eh I guess he's shy...

EJ sat down next to me. And Chresanto just sat next to him.

Me:he's so quite.

EJ: he's real cool once you get to know him.

Chresanto POV
Well that was easy. Finding her was a piece of cake. I just have to protect her now. I pray she's not stubborn. This isn't as easy as it seems. Soon enough she'll know the truth. I just hope I won't be the one to tell her. Of course she won't believe me. They never do. But it's my job to protect her. And I'll do anything to make sure I do my job right...
