I hate hiding my true personallity from everyone. but eventualy Taylor will know the truth and she will be safe...
after our homeroom class, i kinda just trailed beind taylor and EJ. watching closely. dont get me wrong I would love to be close friends with them... but for now its just business.eventually lunch came and i met everyone else. Taylor kept glancing at me. I couldnt even keep eye contact with her, knowing what shes capable of. its kinda sad watching all these gifted teenagers.. being....nevermind...
Taylor POV
At lunch Chres sat with us. i have a weird feeling about this dude. Anyway ... Ray,Jacob,Emily,EJ,Me,Chres were all sitting at our lunch table. just having random conversations. Chres was just sitting there being reaal observant. I just kinda stared at him. he has a nice smile tho..
ray:AYE Tay!
I came back to reality,
me:huh?.. what?
Ray: why you staring at Roc like that?
me:and who is Roc?
EJ: thats chresantos new nickname we came up for him> it describes him perfectly.
me: i was not staring! i was looking at that very nice poster behind hes head.
he chuckled a lil.
chres: sure you were.
me:well im glad to see you can talk.
chres:haha yea i can talk.
he has a nice voice too.
Taylor stop.
after school i had to stay after for basketball. im assuming the boys didnt have practice today..not like they need it anyway..after practice i waited for ray to pick me up. i was the only one there. Ugh damn you Ray. So I called him..
Ray:Wessup?
Me:WHERE ARE YOU?!
Ray:Damn Tay. I'm at home whatchu mean??
Me:u were suppose to get me a freaking hour ago you smart-(gco)
Ray:ooooo yea. My bad. Ya see the problem with that Is....my car kinda broke Down earlier..
Me:THEN HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO GET HOME!!
Ray:walk duh. It's only like 3 blocks.
Me: I hate you
Ray:love you too.
I shoved my phone back into my bag. I began walking down the street. The fact that it was pitch dark outside. And I was ALONE. Sometimes I really can't stand my brother. I crossed the street and saw a figure standing next to the street light. It kinda freaked me out. I couldn't make out the face...so I walked faster. I heard footsteps behind me. I turned around and no one was there. I looked ahead of me and saw the same figure standing under the street light ahead of me. My heart was racing. I back up slowly. But he vanished before my eyes. I ran to where he once stood. And looked around. And I saw him again. This time I could see he's face. He had piercing red eyes. A top coat on. And he's face....it was horrifying. He looked like a demon.
Me:who are you and why are you following me!!!
??:that's non of your concern. Just know. Your heart will be mines. You can run from me....but you can never hide....
He walked up to me a lil. Staring deep into my eyes.
I backed up.
All of a sudden a red dodge sped up. And I saw Chres.
Chres:get in NOW!
I did as told and we sped off. I looked out the rear view mirror. The man vanished with the wind.....
Chres: what did he say to you?
I was in such shock in denial I couldn't even speak.
Chres:Taylor what did he say to you.
Me:he--he said that..he was gonna..take my heart..and I couldn't hide...who is he!!??
Chres: I was hoping he couldn't find you..Dammit!!
He hit the steering wheel and stopped the car.
Chres:Taylor that man wants to kill you..
