31: New Chapter

"Uh- he's Finn, Ash, Cal, Mike and Britt. I don't know who you are." he said.

My heart broke. No? I just kept myself together, "Luke, this is Skylar." they introduced me.

"Brittany." he called and pulled her for a hug. I turned my back at him and about to leave but arms stopped me. I turned and saw Cal,

"Don't leave please?" he pleaded.

"I have to- I need to make something." I lied.

"I know you, Sky. You are not leaving because of errands but to avoid Luke." he said, he knows.

My face softens- I shook my head. I tried to remove his arms around my waist but he only tighten his grip. My baby, shit! He doesn't know.

"Okay, I won't leave." I finally gave up for the baby's sake.

"So Cal, is that your girlfriend?" I heard him ask.

We both turned to face him and I looked at Cal and he just look at me, then to Luke, "No... She's just a friend."

I smiled and got my phone out and saw 10 missed calls from dad?! I quickly called dad back, "Hello?" he answered.

"Hey dad," I greeted and everyone looked at me.

"Hey what happened? Why weren't you answering my calls?" he asked.

"I was busy that moment, dad." I lied, not wanting him to know what happened earlier he might get worried and all.

"Sorry- how's tour?" he asked.

"Its fine, really." I said and walked out of the room, "And how's my dad?"

"He's fine." he chuckled, "Its 3 in the afternoon here and I think I should get to work now."

"Okay, take care, dad. Love you always."

"Love you too. And I'll be waiting for my grandchild." he joked.

"The baby's fine, dad. I promise to take care of him or her." I said.

"Okay bye." then by that we both hang up.

I turned and saw a figure, "Baby?" he asked.

My eyes widen, "Calum! It was just a joke, Cal." I lied.

"Joking about a baby?" Cal asked confused.

Does he deserve to know? The rest doesn't know- maybe they won't tell Luke about it because he doesn't know me.

I sighed, "Okay Cal. This is just between us- I am pregnant." I blurted.

"Since when?" he asked as he moved closer to me.

"The past month." I said then he hugged me.

"So who's the father?" he asked as he stroke my hair.

"Luke is." I said then he pulled away.

"No way?!" he shrieked. I just nod and Ashton came out.

"Hey wanna come with me?" he asked.

"Where to?" we both asked.

"Sign Lukey's papers." Ash said. Cal kissed my head and joined Ash. I entered back the room and sat down on the couch. Finn asleep beside me. Brittany and Luke chatting.

I think I deserve this. I mean this heartbreak and the Luke thing. He may forgot about me in the back of his head. I don't need to worry because he won't know that I am carrying our baby. The baby wouldn't know Luke or maybe.

This is my baby now, not his. He may be the one created this but I'm the one carrying.

"Skylar?" Michael called. I glanced at him. Where'd he come from? Comfort room, maybe? "I'm really sorry if Luke doesn't know you." he whispered.

"Its fine, its not your fault, Mike." I said.

He smiled and rested his head on my shoulder as I played his hair.

These guys are better if we were all just friends but my feelings grew on Luke. Its my fault that I let my feelings do all the things. I'm such a screw up mess.

*NEXT DAY*

I layed down on my bunk- letting ATL's music take over my thoughts. If I told dad before that Luke beated me up- he would let me change schools and I don't have him to fall for.

"I wanna feel weightless-" Alex sang over the song. I sighed, this may be a hard time for me but if I forget about Luke and our pasts- maybe that'll make things easy.

Now all I need to do is make songs and focus and don't let Luke interrupt my mind or thoughts.

All I need to do is do stuffs to let my mind preoccupied. Instead of scrolling through my twitter timeline at 9 in the morning. We still got 8 hours before we arrive or should I say perform.

I wrote songs, things and stuffs. The others new already- they kept saying names and kept it as a secret. Luke still doesn't knew.

Ashton said if its a boy, I'll name it after him- Fletcher- same as the rest.

Finn said its Jake so they'd go adventuring. He's making my baby like a dog.

Then they said if its a girl- The name's Lyla- more like Laila. It was supposed to be named after Luke.

I sighed and felt a small smile creep into my mouth and continued writing.
