Suddenly, a puprle whole flew open right under them. It had a swirling mass inside and looked dangereous. Hotaru tried to complain but Akio didn't let him. As Akio pulled Hotaru inside, the portal started collapsing. As soon as they went through, it closed up behind them.

"WHAT THE HELL!?!?!?" yelled Hotaru. "DO YOU WANNA KILL US!?!?!?"

"No," replied Akio calmly.

It was then that Hotaru realized where he was. There were three suns. The ground was freshly green and smelled of morning dew. Flowers bloomed and trees soared. Tiny peices of land were in the air holding a single house each. It was like a home in the air basically. Snow capped mountains loomed in the air. In certain places, bluish-green see water ruffled the sand near it coming in and out with the tides. But what astonished him most was that he and Akio were flying! But still, something was wrong.

"Akio?" asked Hotaru.

"Yes," replied Akio.

"Why is this place so eerily quiet?" asked Hotaru. For the truth was, there was no sound. Not even the simple breeze of the wind made any sound.

"That is why you are here," said Akio.

"But this place is so beautiful," said Hotaru. "You're saying this as if something is wrong with this place."

"There is," replied Akio. "This land was not like this before. A while back, this wouldn't have even compared to what our land looked like. We lived in a world that was many times more beautiful than this. This place is one of the few places that me and a few other people kept safe."

"That's hard to believe," said Hotaru. "What happened?"

"I will tell in time. Right now, we have to go to my cabin," said Akio.

"Why?" asked Hotaru. "We're away from danger, right?"

"Will you stop with the questions!?!?!?!" exclaimed Akio suddenly.

"O-ok," said Hotaru now terrible terrified.
