Hunter:
I walk into a room full of sick or pregnant women, most of them dying. Immediatly I want to run back outside but I close my eyes and compose myself. This is the ward: Father had told me about it. Now I just need to get to the cells.
"Hunter! Dude!"
I whip around, swing the pistol up. Railt backs away as I point the barrel up, raising his hands in mock surrender.
"Woah, calm down, man! It's only me!"
"Right. Sorry, Railt."
"Don't worry about it, Hunter." he smiles at me.
I force a smile onto my face, but I'm impatient to get moving.
"What are you doing here?" I ask, tense.
"One of the Keepers is sick." Railt explains, "I was asked to fill in since you've been absent. What about you?"
I shrug.
"Never been here before. I thought I might as well get to know my way around if I'm going to work here."
Railt grins and nods.
"Good idea, dude. C'mon, I'll show you around."
I bite my lip, but I can't refuse. It will be suspicious. Sighing, I nod and follow him.
"Sorry, Era." I mutter.
