"she's ready, let's take her while we can." Cassian said.

"She is not ready, not to mention that she hasn't even come of age so we will not be taking her back tonight." Zarjia replied with a hiss.

"But this may be the only chance we ever see her, this is the first time we've been able to locate her in 7 years Zarjia,"

"We may lose her, again." He said
His eyes still on the small female towards the beach, sitting in the warm water.

Zarjia turned to face her once battlefield general during the Dark War. And her old friend.

"We won't. Not again. Never again,"
"But tonight is not the night. So we will wait for how ever long until she is ready." She added

Cassian nodded, hesitantly, his eyes still on the small female. Then dove back into the water to head back to the gate that divided this world from theirs.
Zarjia lingered, still standing in the now cool water as the wind bit kisses to her unclothed skin, still looking towards the place were Cassian was once standing in. Then looked toward were their princess played in the water, near the beach. Far away from where she was keeping afloat in the water.

"Destiny will have you back in our arms, one day." Zarjia breathed to their salvation. And dove back into the water as the sun started its journey to set.
