Lier on My Shoes [Shawn Mendes Fanfic]

Chapter 1

   Lauren's POV

  Toronto, 2013.

  It's been a month since Shawn started the tour with other Magcon boys. The tour started in New York City, and it ended really well. I was there because Shawn gave me the VIP ticket plus he said I could go to backstage whenever I want. I cant believe he gave my picture to every bodyguard on that place and telling them that,"IF YOU SEE THIS GIRL WANTS TO GO BACKSTAGE, PLEASE LET HER. SHES MY GIRL." Thats cute but yet, its horrible considering that every bodyguard has my picture on their hands now.

   It was really nice to meet all the boys. Cameron, Nash, Matthew, Taylor, The Jacks, Aaron, Carter, and oh--i forgot there's one girl-- Mahogany. They all are really sweet. When I met them, I thought it would be hard to get close to them. But I was totally wrong. They are so nice, and we became a good friends real quick.

    Its 7 pm and I'm here on my bedroom, still texting Shawn.

  Me :  I'm surprise you could survive a week without my muffin

  Memedes boy  : Oh trust me, I'm craving for it rn Laur

  Me : I bet you're bitting your nails till you cant see your fingers again

Memedes boy : Gross Laur, gross!

Me : I miss messing up with your ugly curly hair

Memedes boy : Oh trust me, Calvin keep asking where their mommy is

Me : Did you just naming your hair? lol

Memedes boy : Why not? Calvin is great:(

Me : You sucks at naming something you know haha

Memedes boy : So I guess you should be the one who naming our future children then;)

  A sudden smile plastered on my face.
There he goes again, Shawn with his silly imagination.

  I locked my phone and placed it on the desk beside my bed. I jump off the bed walking straight to the bathroom to wash my face and of course, my teeth.

  I kinda feel lonely for the past weeks. Like right now, its Saturday Night, still 7pm, and Im already here brushing my teeth and soon will be sleeping on my bed.  If Shawn was here, I'm sure it will be more fun. We used to watch Netflix together till morning. Sneaking into his own Fridge and steal some food to eat. And we ended up being fat and ugly till morning. Oh how I really miss him right now.

   A months without him, was like centuries. I'm not used to all of this. I used to have Shawn 24 hours, everytime I need him, everytime I call him to come, he will be here. Not worrying about what time, or what day is it, he will be here. But now I need him, and now I can't just call him to come over because I know he cant.

   He has something to do with his own life now. He became so serious when it comes to his job. Sometimes he came up to the stage and sing in front of the girls that are ready to scream his name really loud. And I was on backstage, watched him, with my tears coming down. I still can't believe my Shawn was standing there. I cant believe he has so many fans. Its like really insane. Those girls are crazy for him. There's hundreds of fans here to watch his performance, and soon there will be thousands, millions, billions, or even more of them in the future. Im sure. Im sure my Shawn could reach his dream to be a singer someday.

    Lauren's POV

Toronto, 2014

    I was at the airport, waiting for Shawn with his Mom; Karen. Today Shawn will be coming home after he spent almost 6 months on his tour. A year has past, and now he is no longer a part of Magcon. He is now on his own, slowly reaching out his dreams to be a popular singer. A year ago, he signed a contract with Island Records, and he already released his single, The Life Of The Party.

    I smile as I looked Shawn at the crowds, "Karen look! it's him!"

   I scream his name really loud and finally he looked at us. A smile suddenly coming out on his face while he was running to us. He waved and hugged his mother really tight, until he glanced at me.

   "I miss you," he said, still smiling. I couldn't bare but to smile back and hug him really tight.

  "I miss you too dork," I said and messing up with his brown soft hair. Oh gosh, it feels so good to have him back.

  "Sorry Calvin," I laughed as I watch his hair was already messy but yet still cute.

  "We better get going hon, Lauren and I spent all day in Kitchen to prepared a special family dinner for all of us. I ask Lauren's family to join us too. Sounds good for you?" Karen ask with a lovely smile.

  We nodded and smile. My mom and Karen was a bestfriend in highschool. They still friends until now, and thats why our family were really close. Our house also not that far, it only takes 5 minutes walking. We always had dinner together every Saturday. But since Shawn wasn't always on his home now, the dinner wasn't that fun again. So now that Shawn is here, I'm gonna make this dinner to be perfect for him. For all of us.

  Just before we're about to leave, someone just tapped Shawn's shoulder with a paper and a pen on her hands, "He-y Shawn.. I wo.. wonder if you.. you want to sign this for me?"

   Oh, great. I forgot Shawn is famous now.
