Johnny's POV

When Kenzie got up and laid next to me on the bed I started to think. No matter what I was going through Kenzie was there. She stuck by my side when Charles sent a man to kill me. She stuck around after I told her the story and how dangerous it is to be around me. She didn't care, she wanted to be by my side. A big bang nocked me out of my thoughts. My door swung open and revealed my mom. Luckily Kenzie threw away the papers.

"Johnny!" Mom yelled and engulfed me in a hug.

"Ow!" I cried in pain.

"Sorry." She said worriedly.

"It's ok." I stated.

"I'm going to sleep." I stated.

"Ok" Mom said. Everyone went for the door, but I grabbed Kenzie's hand.

"Stay?" I asked.

"Anything for you." She stated while laying down next to me. She fell asleep extremely fast. I don't think she slept while I was in a coma.

"I love you, I always will." I whispered before drifting off to sleep, but before I could I heard a faint "I love you too." From Kenzie.

I was woken by the doctor. He started to check my blood pressure and stuff like that.

"You are allowed to have one visitor stay all night who would you like to be?" he whispered.

"Kenzie." I stated.

"Ok ill let you get back to sleep." The doctor stared.

"Thank you." I said.

Doctor Wrinn walked out the door. I couldn't fall beck to sleep for two reasons. One Kenzie looks beautiful. And two I need to protect her if anyone comes. She moved. She laid her head on my chest and wrapped her arms around me. I put my arm around her then fell asleep.

~time skip~

When I woke up Kenzie was still asleep so I just stared ate her. She is so cute when she sleeps. I didn't realize how long I was staring at her because she broke the silence by saying "stare much."

"Just at your beauty." I say smirking.

"Thanks handsome." She said while blushing.

"You get to go home to day!" She squealed.

"Yep!" I said while laughing at her.

I walked up to her and hugged her from behind. I could see her blushing. " I would make you mine if it wasn't dangerous." I whispered in her ear.

"I love you." I whispered again.

"Why? Why is it so dangerous? Why can't I be with you? I love you too." She exclaimed with a tear rolling down her cheek.

I whipped it of looking in to her perfect brown eyes "because I love you to much to loose you, and they will go after the people I love the most first and put me through depression, and me possibly killing myself because I won't have you, the thought loosing you kills me." I said with tears forming in my eyes. The thought of her is more than I can handle. That's when the tears start to fall. She ran up to me hugging me.

"You'll never loose me, and I don't wanna loose you." She said looking up into my eyes. Her eyes were all puffy. I couldn't help but smashing my lips on hers. She was a little shocked but soon kissed me back. She pulled away first and just hugged me.

"I love you." I whispered in her ear.

"I love you too." She whispered softly.

We pulled into the driveway. I went inside and hugged my mom and Lauren. Soon after that my mom left so Kenzie, Lauren, and I went upstairs. We laid on the bed watching Netflix. Our laying positions went Lauren, Kenzie, then me. I snuggled up next to Kenzie and was about to fall asleep when I heard Lauren screen "JENZIE!"

"Lauren stop!" Me and Kenzie exclaimed at the same time. We all laughed until our bellies hurt.

Lauren went to her room. It is 12:35 a.m. Kenzie fell asleep in my arms. Gosh I love this but I can't have all of it. I love her so much, I love her more than I love myself. I fell asleep looking at her. She is the first thing I want to see when I wake up and the last thing I wanna see before I fall asleep.

Lauren's POV

I walked to my room and heard my phone buzz. I looked at it and it was an unknown number.

~text convo~

"Hey beautiful this is Carson from the mall. I was wondering if you wanted to meet up sometime?" The text read.

"Yeah sure. When?" I asked.

"Tomorrow. Meet me at Starbucks by 12:00. Is that alright?" He texted.

"Ya sure." I replied.

"Ok goodnight beautiful😍" the text had.

"Goodnight😊" I replied.

         With that I fell asleep.
