All of the boys were just bonding with Minyung and it was pretty obvious that Jungkook and Jimin were her favorite uncles. But for a moment, Jimin spoke to Jin privately. "Did Hoseok text you earlier?" Jimin asked and Jin nodded.

"Yeah he did, why?"

"He told me he would text me later and he never did," Jimin said, frowning a bit. Seokjin pouted, "It is a bit weird that he didn't want to come over. Namjoon told me that Hoseok was really excited about the announcement yesterday."

"I'm gonna talk to him, can I borrow your phone?"

"Yeah," Jin handed Jimin his phone without any hesitation and went back into the living room. Jimin used the phone and called Hoseok.

"Jin, I'm sorry I couldn't make it—."

"Hoseok, it's Jimin. Why didn't you text me? You said that you would. What happened with Eva?"

"Everything's fine. I have to go—."

"Hey! Why are you ignoring me? Did I do something wrong? I'm the one who tried to help you fix your relationship with her and this is the thanks I get? Aren't we supposed to be best friends?" Jimin felt tears forming in his eyes out of anger. He was sure that his conversation was audible to everyone in the living room.

"Jimin, please don't take it that way. It's hard to explain, I just don't want her to feel unimportant or left out because of our friendship."

He argued, "We're just friends, it always had been that way. At least to me. There's no reason why she should feel that way. If she's telling you to ignore me—."

"She's not telling me to ignore you, I made that decision myself."

"You made that decision because of her. Hoseok, I thought you were better than that." Jimin sarcastically chuckled, "My god, it's like dealing with Yoongi and Gayoung all over again. If you're gonna ignore me, that's fine. But don't ignore everyone else because of me."

"Jimin—."

Before Hoseok could oppose, Jimin ended the phone call. "Jimin, what happened?" Yoongi asked, leaving the living room. Jimin responded, looking at the ground, "I just want to go home."

"Did something happen between you and—?"

Yoongi could obviously tell that Jimin was upset. "I don't want to talk about it, can we just go home?" Yoongi nodded, and after Jimin returned Seokjin's phone, they left.

"I wonder what just happened," Namjoon said and Seokjin nodded in agreement. Seokjin constantly took glances at Taehyung and Jungkook. "Jungkook, can you come with me to make food for Minyung," Seokjin asked, changing the topic and Jungkook nodded happily.

They went into the kitchen, but instead of making food, Jin asked, "Are you sure about this?"

"About what?" Jungkook asked, confused. Jin placed his hands on the marble counters, not facing Jungkook. "About Taehyung," He clarified.

Jungkook walked closer to him, "What do you mean by that?" Jin sighed, "Jungkook, you can just forgive him everytime he cheats on you."

"I-I know," Jungkook stuttered. He felt a lump at the top of his throat, "I don't want to forgive him but I just—I'm afraid of losing him. I don't want to live without him." He began crying uncontrollably. Jin quickly hugged Jungkook, rubbing his back lightly.

"He's cheated on me more than once, I hate having the thought of him doing it over and over again," He sobbed, crying onto Jin's broad shoulder. Seokjin didn't know what to say, but he just wanted to stand there and comfort his younger brother.
