August POV: last night I really couldn't sleep i just ain't feel right but this morning I was up and just thinking about 30 minutes later k woke up

August: *looks at her*

K: morning *sits up stretching*

August: morning

K: so how did u sleep?

August: I didn't

K: why not? *gets up walking to the bathroom*

August: It really didn't feel right

K: why u say that ?*walks to the sink and turns the water on and grabs her tooth paste and tooth brush a tarts brushing her teeth*

August: I kept thinking about it

K: *brushing her teeth for a few more minutes and spits it out* if u would've took yo ass to sleep u wouldn't be thinking bout it

August: ik *gets up and walks in the bathroom*

K: *looks at him* u try calling him?

August: no I do but I don't *grabs his toothbrush and starts brushing his teeth*

K: *wraps her arms around him from the back* hopefully he's fine

August: *nods brushing his teeth*

K: *lays her cheek on his back looking towards the bed*

August: *brush his teeth for few more minutes* I think I wanna call him

K: where's your phone?

August: I lost it last night that's why I didn't call cause I would've told u to come get me

K: *sits on the counter and hands him her phone*

August: *dials the number and holds the phone up to his ear getting in between her legs*

K: *runs her fingers through his hair*

August: *waiting and gets no answer*

K POV: after he called a few times he called his brother baby momma and she didn't answer so he called his mom

Phone convo

August: momma?

Her: who is this ?

August: it's august

Her: oh god august I've been trying to call u

August: why what's wrong ??

Her: Melvin got shoot last night and is in the hospital under critical condition

August: what!

Her: u needa come to the hospital

August: ight I'm on my way *hangs up*

K: what happened ?

August: he got shot and we NEEDA go to The hospital

K: ok well let's go

august POV: so me and k got dressed real fast and she drove to the hospital I just couldn't think of what I was gonna do to them niggas when I found em let alone what me and my brother would do when he got out so we finally got there and we rushed in

Ashley (idk his mom real name so yeah): *runs up to them* august are u ok?

August: I'm fine where is he?

Ashley: we can't see him rn

August: why not ?

Ashley: doctors orders
